"This place was the highlight of our visit to Sicily. It’s conveniently location 5 minutes out of Noto in a beautiful olive farm. The tents are extremely comfortable, and private. And have air conditioning and screens. The breakfasts and meals offer delicious produce from the grounds and the service was great. We highly recommend this place!!!"

"We loved our stay here. It is a very natural farm stay , but with real charm. It is situated amongst lemon trees which were being harvested while we were there. Our apartment was large, and we had our own terrace with a sea view. (1 bed family apartment). The breakfast was GREAT - no complaints at all from any of us! Great coffee and cakes. The pool was utterly delightful and refreshing. No bad things to say at all. Don't go expecting a 5 star hotel, instead expect genuine Italian hospitality. We loved it. "

"Stayed here for 5 nights. What a Calm and Wonderfull B&B. This old Monestary is now build into a B&B with all you can ask for. Beautyfull decorated and with a quiet little yard with a pool. Wonderfull changing breakfast and fresh coffee. But all this is nothing compared to the people that runs and owns this place, they are the most warm-hearted and welcoming team we ever met. Two days before, our daughter got sick, and we asked if we could move the dates (we hadn't specified a cancellation option when booking, so we knew we'd lose everything if we didn't go). They didn't accommodate us (despite it being low season), even though the website advertises it as "family-friendly." So, we lost everything! My advice, when traveling, especially with children, is to always cancel in case you can't go at the last minute."

"If you are looking for a reasonably priced, simple but pleasant and clean place, U'Iazzu is perfect! It's just a few minutes walk to the Avola Marinaand beach where you'll find a whole bunch of very nice restaurants, and you can also easily walk to the city center's Piazza Umberto as well. The B&B is quite cute and offers everything you need - a clean room with double bed, air-conditioning, a little fridge, a clean and functioning bathroom. We didn't have breakfast included, but we saw others having it and it looked great and was made with love. U'Iazzu also has a little courtyard/garden that can be used and where breakfast was served. Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. All together a very good choice and definitely recommendable!"

"I chose this b&b before I go for the excellent breakfast reviews. I confirm this. Breakfast is prepared by the very gentle Mrs. Antonella who with excellent experience every day has made us find a different breakfast with products at km 0, suitable for those with food intolerance and allergies , like my sister . The son Gabriel is also a “cat” , as well as a great cattle!!!! What is not a little count in some countries here in the south. Together with friends, sham and care cats for the streets of Avola, he welcomes them and seeks adoptions for them!!! We are very happy to have a great deal of compliment, you have our whole value. The b&b is clean, welcome .. nothing misses .. is close to the center and the sea. If we should go back to Sicilia we will certainly go back here! We found ourselves as in family !!! "We stayed at IUTA Farm for the second half of our Sicily trip and spent 3 nights there. It was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt like an oasis. The suite was absolutely beautiful, so thoughtfully designed, peaceful and luxurious whilst still feeling warm and relaxed. The Susanne Kaufmann products in the room were such a lovely touch, and the housekeeping was fantastic throughout our stay. The location is also perfect. Peaceful and surrounded by nature, whilst only a 5-minute drive from Noto. The pool area is stunning and one of our favourite things was walking around the olive tree gardens. We enjoyed Aperol spritz by the fire pit each evening. The entire property has such a calming atmosphere. It is honestly one of the most peaceful places we have ever stayed. The owners were so lovely and welcoming, as were all of the staff, who made us feel so looked after throughout our stay. Toby the dog was absolutely adorable and we also loved all of the cats wandering around the property. The food and drinks were insanely good. Everything was fresh, beautifully done and genuinely some of the best we had during our trip. We left feeling completely relaxed and already know we’ll be back. Such a special place."

"The room was filthy even though upon checking in the floor was still wet from washing. It was full of bugs(i understand that its in the middle of alot of greenery which is partially accepted) as soon as we open the drawer to put our clothes in there, there were dead centipede and in the wardrobe same. Inside the drawers you can also find lovely cob webs. In a 3 night stay we removed approximately 35 centipedes from our room alive ones. The door closed can pass a finger easily hence the lack of workmanship hence the bugs. The hot water never was hot although the man taking care of the place told us to wait 5 mins we waited even fifteen mins and not even luke warm water we had. Bed was super uncomfortable."

"Best stay in Avola, all the member of staff are amazing, they treat you like a member of their family and this exactly what you would expect from a holiday stay in Sicily. Amazing breakfast and great variety for all sorts of diets. Wonderful common court with a swimming pool. Really close to the main square where you find manu restaurants and bakery, generally really great quiet location in the center, can't ask any better. Sure to come back to this place one.
