Bella struttura vicinissima alla spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi girando l'angolo. Colazione ottima con torte fatte in casa e prodotti freschi del panificio.

Abbiamo usato Avola come base per il nostro tour comodissimo. Valentino gentilissimo disponibile per consigli su mete (ottimi) Comodo la cassetta per deposito chiave e il codice per entrare nel cancello. Ottimo i distributori di bevande e snack. Camere ampie con tutti i comfort. Buona la colazione con le torte fatte in casa. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Comodo anche il noleggio di biciclette e macchina. Grazie Valentino.

Due notti ma...avremmo voluto fossero di più, posto stupendo, posizione strategica personale gentile e disponibile ad accogliere richieste e dare preziosi suggerimenti, non diamo il massimo delle stelle solo perché il motore del condizionatore in terrazza è un po' rumoroso, ma nulla che possa turbare sonni tranquilli.... ....grazie mille

Séjour agréable mais la propreté des chambres n'étais pas au rdv. le lit est fait et la douche nettoyer mais par contre le nettoyage des sols n'a jamais été fais, j'ai du le faire moi-même au bout de 3 jours et il n'a pas été refais durant toute la semaine. le petit déjeuner est bon mais toujours le même, sucré, trop sucré, pas de salé ou de fromages par ex et il manque les fruits de saison, ex j'y étais en pleine période de mandarine sans jamais en avoir vu une au petit déjeuner. dommage. sinon les personnes sont aimables mais vraiment il faut faire des petits changements au niveau de la propreté et du petit déjeuner.

A great, cozy place. Extremely clean. Delicious and fresh continental breakfast. Staff (Valentino and Clara) are so so friendly and very accommodating, plenty of information was provided about what to do and where to go, which the area near this apartment has plenty. The beach umbrellas availability is a big plus. Definitely recommend and would definitely go back to stay again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Struttura a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Avola e dal centro. Camera comodissima e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno perfetto. Colazione stupefacente!!!! Grazie mille a chi ci ha accolto!! Alla prossima!!

Double room, pretty large enough, with a very clean bathroom and a balcony, unfortunately with an occluded and internal view. Perfect refrigeration, thanks to a good air conditioning system. The rooms are arranged every day by Mrs. Clara, a super professional, helpful, very nice person. She is the one who takes care of the buffet breakfast, with her home made cakes, focaccia and sandwiches, thanks to her gastronomic skill. 5 minutes from wonderful beaches, which can also be accessed on foot. Excellent value for money. Negative note, the low electrical voltage, which causes bad lighting and the non-functioning of the fridge in the room.
