We chose this hotel because of its location. Near Bukit Bendera, Away from the busy streets of Pulau Pinang. Free parking. By the time we arrived at 7pm, there’s ample parking lots within the hotel. However, in the morning, the parking lots were occupied by those who patronize the market nearby but cleared by noon. Easy check-in. They even have a self check-in kiosk. They served simple breakfast which is fine by us. If you’re a big eater, there’s many eateries nearby. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Good Location for Local Food, Hiking, Kek Lok Si Temple and Nearby Penang Hill.

The facilities are good ，clean and satisfying. The breakfast is considered ok and compatible w the reasonable price.

Room is big and clean. Morning traffic is bit heavy as there is pasar nearby.

Stayed for a night, overall a 7/10 good stay. They provide free carpark, which is really good as there is no need to look for parking. However, the only thing that makes me uncomfortable is the bathroom as it is actually quite see through eventho I booked a family room hmm. Room view is good, can see Kek Lok Si from the window near lift. Can watch Netflix. Also, there’s food nearby, in walkable distance.

The room is clean with a huge bed, quiet, and in the morning so many local eateries around hotel.

Near hotel have 2 seven eleven near morning market easy to go out eat near bus stop near temple. The hotel the staff friendly

Easy to get food on day time, food stall around hotel in walking distance. But at night only 1 food stall open. The toilet and bath is combined together and make the toilet wet all the time. Love the sinki is separate outside the bathroom.

M a very happy girl. We had a funeral to attend at the Risen Christ Catholic Church. The location was perfect! Eleena at the reception was a sweetheart. Check in and check out was a breeze, though not her fault the tng system crashed a couple of minutes before check out. She was so apologetic and the system was fixed after maybe 1/2 an hour. Rooms were very tidy and clean. The little touches were great from toiletries to the vanity kit. Worth every penny spent for this place. Food ard there was as authentic and real Penang food that you can get, if you don't mind hawker stalls and road side vendors. I love Penang!

Nice mountain view

The Deview Hotel is strategically located in the heart of Air Itam. In the morning, many delicious local foods are outside the hotel. At night, the street is relatively quiet. However, the hotel's cleanliness should be improved. An unpleasant smell (cigarette and carpet) is everywhere in the hotel, both in the corridor and rooms. The toilet drainage in my room is also blocked. The receptionist at the counter is also expressionless. We couldn't feel welcome.

Room is big, spacious and clean. Stayed two nights, room cleaning should be done by default instead of having to inform housekeeping. Room cleaning is done at the very minimum, used cups are not washed and rubbish are not thrown. Only replacing bath towels, toilet paper.
