Had an incredible experience at this hotel! Our room was wonderfully spacious, perfect for our family's needs. What really stood out was their exceptional service. I mentioned my son's 2nd birthday and asked for simple decorations - they went above and beyond! The staff surprised us with beautiful decor and a special cake that made our little boy so happy. I was truly impressed by their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The hotel's effort to make our celebration special showed their commitment to creating memorable stays for guests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hotel that goes the extra mile!

The room is big and clean. The location is good next to the highway. The function hall is big and parking is free. The only complaints are that they provided a second room card which doesn't work and they don't provide a face tower.

Room is quite decent although I don’t like the shower being in the bathtub. Breakfast is quite poor. They taste bad and cold.

Hotel room is ok, quite new and clean. Breakfast also good. Check in is fast. Location is not close to central or town. It’s convenient for friends who drive there. About 30mins of drive to Jonker street etc. Overall it’s good.

Spacious room, very comfortable, have table to do your work. The location near with the attraction location like zoo & governmemt office. You can park the car in front the hotel if dont want to park at basement.

I would rate my stay in this hotel as excellent. Staffs is friendly and helping. Hotel accommodation is new and design is superb. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious love the sambal nasi lemak and the croissant was veryyyy soft and delicious. Just that there is no specific parking space we parked at metra sentral parking space near their lobby. Lots of reserved parking but didnt see any car parking. When asking the counter informed that reserved parking means already full.😅 but overall everything ok
