Super friendly staff but facilities is a bit rundown though.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Changing room for swimming pool is very small and has no secure locker. It needs to get updated

Rooms were clean and adequate. Staff attentive and friendly. However, there was a Wedding on the same day and when we arrived for our evening dinner, we didn't get our starters until 8.45pm when our table was booked for 6.30. Although, to be fair to the staff, we were 25minutes late. We had an 20mth old boy with us, who sat very patiently waiting for a pizza. This took 1hr 45mins to be brought out. We were then told that the Chef was having a meltdown in the kitchen.Cant fault the waiting staff, but if you want to starve to death or eat at midnight then this is the place to go.
