Everything about this place is amazing. If you can stay here, I really suggest it. Parking and getting luggage here will be a bit difficult because it’s in the narrow streets but once you are inside, it is a slice of paradise. The owner can tell you the story of his grandparents from Lesbos and Crete respectively and how they have lovingly maintained and decorated the place with places from his families origins naming the rooms and original antiques tasteful placed through the hotel down to little details.

Ayvalık’ın kalbinde her köşesinde yaşanmışlığı hissedeceğiniz bir butik otel. İkinci kez konaklıyorum, her zamanki gibi enfes bir konaklama deneyimi oldu. Kış günü olduğundan sobanın tadı bir başkaydı. Sabah ekmeği kızartıp enfes kahvaltısından yaptık. Romantik, samimi, şahane bir ortamı var. Çalışanları Sinan ve otel müdürümüz Semih bey çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Sahibi Mehmet Cavlı ve eşini yarattıkları bu muhteşem butik otel için tebrik ediyorum.

Son üç senedir her yaz ve fırsat bulduğumuzda bahar aylarında da ailece ve dostlarımızla huzur bulmak için gittiğimiz, tüm personelin dostane davranışları ve temizliğiyle kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz çok güzel bir butik otel. Kahvaltısı ise tek kelimeyle muhteşem. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

This hotel is a converted townhome, or a series of converted townhomes, and the decor was so "on point" it was as if we were staying at a staged household of a Turkish family. On top of that, the staff members must ALL have green thumbs because there were so many flowers! Their scent and look were just so relaxing after the hustle and bustle of the town. I really enjoyed this hotel, however to be fair, the layout was a bit confusing since it was originally built to serve several distinct family units, but I would have stayed here way longer than I did. As soon as we arrived, they gave us coffee and tea, and would have probably turned their kitchen upside down to serve us a meal if we hadn't already eaten prior to coming. Really warm and welcoming experience. Highly recommend!!

Efsane güzel kahvaltısı ile güne başlıyorsunuz. Her karesine Anne eli değmiş gibi,kaliteli ,tertemiz sabun kokulu bir yer. Biz çok memnun kaldık tavsiye ederiz. Cavlıhane sahibi Mehmet Bey ,İşletme müdürü Semih Bey ve tüm çalışanlarına gerçekten çok teşekkür ederiz harika bir mekan yapmışlar.

Otele girişte Semih bey bizi karşıladı. Biz kahve ve soğuk limonata ikramıyla serinlerken eşyalarımızı odaya çıkardılar. Arabamızı otele ait otoparka götürdüler. 1885 de yapılmış olan tarihi bir bina. Tarihi dokuya dokunulmadan restore edilmiş. Otelin sahibi Mehmet bey ile sohbet ettik. Annesinin anısını yaşatmak için bu oteli açtığını söyledi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oldular kendimizi evimizdeymiş gibi hissettik.

Tarihi bir konağın dokusunu korumak ve misafirlerini bu kadar rahat ettirmek... bu ikisini birarada en güzel şekilde uygulayan bir otele misafir olduk, her açıdan çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi. Misafirpervelikleri hep aklımızda kalacak. Ayvalık'a gideceklere tavsiye ederim.
