"Everything was great. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, although they couldn’t really speak English, so communication was a bit difficult at times. Breakfast starts at 9:00 AM, which is later than the usual breakfast time. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try it as we were in a rush."

"Hotel Review: We’ll be back! We had a great stay! The owner is very friendly and helpful. While there isn't daily housekeeping for a 3-day stay, the owner kindly let us exchange our towels every day. The room is small but very clean, and the Wi-Fi works well. We also loved having a water dispenser and self-service Nescafe Gold available! It can be a little tricky to find the hotel on the first day because of the narrow lanes and hills, so just take your time and be patient—it’s worth it!"

"We stayed in room 106. We arrived before the entrance hour but they accepted us because our room was available. The room was manageable in size and clean. The bathroom was complete and clean. The location of the hotel was beautiful. Reception staff and employees were kind. The morning breakfast was enough and beautiful. Our only problem is that there are too many bars around the hotel and they play high-speaking music until 2-2:30 a.m. When you want to sleep and rest after a tiring day, you need to wait until the music is closed. We didn't have any other problem with the hotel itself."

"We had the pleasure of staying at Kapya Cunda for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location as very close to restaurants and sea. The service was great with an amazing breakfast that including all homemade jams (try their lemon and carrot jam) and pastries. The entire staff was friendly (thank you to the 2 Fatmas ) and couldn’t do enough for you! We felt like we were staying with close family. The rooms are newly renovated, and cleaned daily. If you are able to, stay in the room with large balcony looking out to the sea. Thank you Kapya Cunda and all its staff for this lovely experience. We look forward to coming back again!"

The temperature they showed when they heard we were old customers was incredible.The renovated places of the garden and the terrace became even more perfect, the pool made a beautiful increase. The location of the center and the proximity to the fun in Cunda was also very good. It was feeding with beautiful cheese and olives that matched Cunda."

"We stayed two night in the deluxe corner room with exceptional water view. Our room was bright and comfortable with front and side view. Location of the hotel a short walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast which was included in our stay at Komşu restaurant below our room had amazing menu and delicious food. It was also convenient to have our dinner at Komşu restaurant with spectacular view of the sunset over the water while we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The only downside was bathroom (especially shower) needed renovations."

"The complex has a first and a second line to the sea. On the first line, there's a closed gazebo with soft cushions on the furniture, a swing with soft cushions, and a barbecue for firewood. We lived on the second line. There were no soft cushions. In the morning, we saw they were in the room. Why not prepare them and lay them out for the comfort of guests? We still couldn't find the cushions on the swing. Despite the size of the kitchen, it's completely bare. No stove, no microwave, no oven. Oh, God bless them. There were no dishes or utensils! That is, not a single plate, fork, spoon, or glass. You could guess and ask for all this. But I don't want to do that. Everything should be provided. It's cold in the house. It's January 6th. There is air conditioning. But when you turn it on, it's impossible to sleep on the second floor because of the heat, and on the first floor it's still cold. I couldn't wash my hair in the morning because of the lack of hot water. And the bathroom is freezing cold. As everyone says, it smells like sewage. All this with a house price of about $160. The hotel couldn't have been built in 2024, as they say. Or has everything become so outdated in a year? I've attached a photo. I was waiting for the morning to have breakfast and leave."
