There was no TV, bottled water, coffee and tea in the room, but the value for money was excellent. good location. A very pretty and clean building and room, great breakfast, these things cost 37,000 won... It was the best.

The hotel manager is not honest. In the morning there was no hot water. After waiting quite a while we had to take cold showers. The manager told me that he forgot to turn on the hot water in the morning. He told me that it was hot and sunny so the night before he turned off the hot water and then forgot to turn it back on. After leaving I received a text telling me that the power line to the hotel was cut and that was why there was no hot water. He also said that the area was without power. But this is not true as the lights worked. Then he said it was just my room and the next room. Of course this is not true. Nevertheless the manager has provided two completely different explanations. Both cannot be true. So, the manager has said at least one thing that is not true. This is disrespectful of guests. If the manager will be disrespectful to me, he will be disrespectful to you. It’s bad enough that there was no hot water for a shower. Being disrespectful and telling things that no one believes is worse. I am sure the manager will respond but who will believe him?

1 gece aile odasında konakladık.Ayvalık merkezde bulunan yerde gitmek istediğimiz yere yürüyerek gidebildik. Eski taş bina atmosferi ortama farklı bir hava katmış. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve güzeldi. Bizim gittiğimiz dönemde hava soğuk ve aşırı rüzgarlıydı fakat ısınma ile ilgili bir sorun yaşamadık. Odamız aile odasıydı; iç içe 2 odadan oluşuyordu ve her odanın kendi banyosu vardı. Odalarda ihtiyacınıza yönelik her şey bulunuyor, sadece tek kullanımlık terlik olsaydı daha iyi olurdu, birde duvarlar çok ince, alt kattaki tüm sesleri çok net şekilde duyabiliyorduk. Otel eski bir rum evi, güzel dizayn edilmiş, oda ferahtı, temizlik ***et başarılı, kahvaltısı yeterliydi ve çalışanlar oldukça nazik ve ilgililer. Sadece odaya sonradan eklenen tuvalet ve banyonun tavanı açık haliyle, bu durum iki kişi kalıyorsanız sizi rahatsız edebilir. Ses yalıtımı zayıf. Birde otele ait otopark yok kısıtlı bir boş alanda aracınızı park etmeniz gerekir veya dar sokaklardan geçerek meydana ulaşıp orada boş bir yere park etmelisiniz.

We had a Standard room and I would caution that it is really quite small, but for us the room was just for sleeping. Lots of room around the property and view from common deck area is great. Breakfast is A1 and staff are super helpful and willing to try to understand our crazy questions in English!
