Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in an Indonesian accommodation. The view is fantastic and accessible from the cafe and restaurant onsite. The menu is diverse and includes food for all tastes. Breakfast is served to your door at 7am. There isn’t much to do right outside except relax and enjoy the sunset; however, there are several hiking spots nearby as well as a Cimory Dairyland. For one or two nights, this is a perfect accommodation, especially if you stay in the higher-end mansion (it’s designed like a European castle). I have only one suggestion: bring bug spray for the room. (April 2023)

A bit dissapointed as we booked deluxe room which has open-air bathtub (showing on the application) but there's no bathtub actually for the deluxe.. I'm asking the hotel staff why the room hasn't a bathtub while on the application we saw even for deluxe, they told that bath tub is on Suite room only & the wrong information on the application.. Hi Trip.com please update that hotels details on application, give information clearly & correctly, do not fraud! The others are good. Hotel staffs are friendly, clean & spacious room, good facility & kids friendly..

The food is delicious, but the facilities are less than satisfactory... the swimming pool is small.

My experience staying at this hotel was remarkable. The ambiance of this hotel was awesome with nice lobby, great fragrance, the staffs was friendly (especially ms. Wenda, who help me upon check in) the breakfast was quite various and really tasty, most of all i really like the room with amazing view, will be back soon thank you Bigland Hotel Sentul for your kind hospitality and keep it up...
