Short distance away from Chiba main station means it is less crowded. But still Very convenient location with supermarkets and convenience store just next door. Walking distance to monorail as well. Very good value and service. Will be back!

The location is very close to the station, the staff are very helpful, and the room is bigger and tidier than expected. Just shower head have some water leaking problem, overall is good

The room is not big, but the location is great. There is a gate on the overpass that turns left at the station exit, and you don’t even need to go to the first floor. There are also Sogo and commercial streets nearby. The ramen shop above the station is also delicious. It's not far to go to Narita Airport the next day. If you buy an express bus, you'll be there in one stop.

I had stayed at another Mitsui Garden Hotel, so I chose this one based on that image, but the quality was not so good. It's clean and well-maintained, but the building itself is old, so it feels a bit old-fashioned. The breakfast buffet was average. Parking lot costs 1500 yen. I wish it was free. . . Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.

Although the room is not big, it has everything you need, and there is even a storage ironing board. The quality is good and the sound insulation is next to JR Chiba Station, but it doesn't affect it at all. The breakfast is a bit expensive and there are not many varieties, but it tastes good. It is also super convenient to buy things next to it.

I was only there for one night so I’m not sure about the service but the location is great five minute walk from the station and they have an outlet mall and restaurants and some brand faces so you can actually get everything you want for souvenirs or shopping in the area and if you have a Costco card there’s a Costco nearby 10 minute walk morning breakfast is ¥2000 if you want breakfast that day it’s 1000 then if you reserve breakfast in advance expect us to say that Friday is not a lot I don’t think it’s worth ¥1000 but that’s just my opinion

Because my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall. I had early dementia, but I was able to go without hesitation in the toilet. The bath was also easy to use with a handrail. I was only worried that there was mold inside the toilet, but it is good to be improved next time I asked. About breakfast. Because it was a corona time, there was no buffet and I could bring a breakfast box instead. I didn't expect it (suimasen), but it was very delicious. The soup was especially delicious.
