Surrounding of the hotel full of good food, cafes, malls that you can self explore. Going to the train station just less than 5 mins away. How convenient. "Room is relatively small with hardly space to put our 2 medium luggages and left with very little space to walk among the 3 adults. Otherwise location is very good : few minutes walk to Chiba station where we also got to ride the Shonan (hanging) monorail, 7-11 and food places are a stone throw away. There’s self-operated laundry with dryer and vending machines at level 3. Public bath with free ice cream too. Daily Breakfast buffet was good & the welcome drink counter that allowed us to have free drinks after our day out was appreciated. No water bottles given so we had to fill up our own water bottles or the water flask that we can also find at level 3 daily. Picked our own toiletries at the lobby daily too."

There was a clear explanation that the box that I had previously found somewhere else and couldn't even find the cord for was a sterilization box. The convenient location with a supermarket nearby that is open until midnight is also an attractive feature."
