"I booked a non-smoking single room on Trip.com and it was confirmed without issues. There are English-speaking staff at this hotel. They were helpful and allowed me and my friends to keep our luggage in their back room when we arrived too early for check-in. Although we came back late, check-in was seamless and we received our room key cards quickly. There is a 9000 Yen fine for losing a room key card. For a single room, the toilet with bathroom and shower would be a bit small if a guest is tall or heavily built. I'm petite, so I had no problems with the toilet. Bed looks like a super single and is quite comfortable with 2 mid-size pillows and a small cushion.
The cafe at the hotel was closed throughout my stay, but the hotel is a short walk from Chibaminato train station and there is a supermarket, bakery and soba place there, so it is very convenient to find food quickly."

Amazing
KKuznetsovEEThe hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from the station.
The staff are very friendly, and the hotel feels new overall. However, there were a few minor imperfections in my room, such as a chipped corner of the baseboard.
I stayed in December and used the air conditioner for heating, which worked fine.
Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, with access by room key via the elevator. The selection is quite good and includes European options. The menu changes slightly, so it does not get boring. There are signs asking guests to return their used trays themselves, so please keep that in mind.
Regarding the signs, I was surprised that in this hotel you need to specifically request room cleaning at the reception. I have stayed in many hotels where the door sign has two sides, “Do Not Disturb” and “Please Clean the Room”. Here, the sign had only one side, “Do Not Disturb”. I think this is something the hotel could improve, as it is not very convenient to ask for room cleaning separately.
It would also be helpful to add more English translations. For example, all the buttons on the TV remote control are labeled only in Japanese, and the notice on the slippers saying “please do not take them home” is also only in Japanese. I can understand some Japanese, but for other foreign guests this may be confusing.
DDararat -Chaame-Good hotel and everything is good.
5mins walk from Chiba station and it’s nearby to 7-11 and Familymart.
A breakfast so good, delicious really and its buffet.
All staffs are very helpful and good in English.
I will go there again sure.
GGuest UserFrom NRT go to CHIBA. Then take a train via Keisei to CHIBA CHUO. Uulitin ku, CHUO. Dalawa kc ung Daiwa Roynet. Itong Hotel na to tapat ng KEISEI Hotel. If Value for money, super YES. Service wise! Apaka ganda! This is a business hotel, kya full service cla. Di na aku nag avail ng breakfast kc nga, bawat sulok may kainan. Since this is 1.5 hours from tokyo. Laking tipid dito. Ung pamasahe from chiba to tokyo nsa 300-500 pesos lang. Para ka lang nag taxi. Di kna lugi. Got it for a special. Nsa 2k lang per night. Mas ok dito kesa capsule na para kang nasa loob ng crematorium. Ahaha 🤣 Sana after ng review na to di cla mag taas ng price. Ahaha
GGuest UserThis hotel is right above a subway station, which is super convenient for getting around. However, for this Kanto trip, several hotels, including this one, used self-service check-in kiosks, which I found a bit inconvenient and lacking a personal touch. Last year, all the hotels in the Kanto region had manual check-ins, which felt much better. The picture is of the Hoki Museum in Chiba, which was also the reason I stayed here for a night.
HHaoyundaixiThe hotel is conveniently located very close to the subway station, just about a 3-minute walk. On the way to the station, you'll find a 7-Eleven and several dining options, with a Jusco supermarket also nearby. This makes it incredibly convenient. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus available right at the hotel entrance. A one-way ticket to Haneda costs 1300 JPY, and to Narita is 1200 JPY. You just need to wait by the hotel entrance, and the bus is always punctual. My only minor complaint is that the room size felt quite small, which was a bit inconvenient. However, considering the price, staying at a hotel with these amenities is already excellent value. They even provide a microwave, ice machine, and laundry facilities.
MML33Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party.
Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Don't pay extra for this.
Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead.
Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times.
Pros:
Next building there's a Donki and lawson
Opp is a 7-11
Onsen is nice
WwtfisheryService from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.
GGuest UserIt had everything I needed, was clean, and check-in and check-out were done by machine, making it simple and convenient. I want to stay at Toyoko Inn when I travel to other areas.
GGuest UserThis was my first hotel in Tokyo, about an hour from Narita Airport by bus, which cost around 60 RMB. We got off right at the hotel entrance. The male staff at the front desk had a very stiff service attitude. For breakfast, there weren't many options, but it was clean, which was a plus. Across from the hotel is an outlet mall, which is worth a visit. About 2 kilometers away, there's an Aeon supermarket, and a bit further is an Aeon shopping mall, which is incredibly huge! However, I don't think it's very suitable for tourists. There's a subway station about 500 meters away. Overall, the transportation is quite good.
LLini KaloumairaIt’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.
