The hotel is good, because of the flight, it arrived in the morning, so I didn’t arrange the event on the first day. I decided to stay at this hotel. I can sleep and play for a total of six days. American hotel, simple and practical. The room is comfortable. Breakfast is relatively simple, American breakfast, and some Japanese breakfast. Coffee is available free of charge throughout the day. On the first floor there is a garden pool with a beautiful waterfall. There is also an American restaurant that sings a singer every Friday. Most of the restaurants are patrons of the United States. Fabulous resort with excellent facilities and exceptional service. Our poolside room was lovely, biggest bed in the world was very comfortable, pillows a little soft for some, lovely bathroom was big and modern, the supersoft huge towels were luxurious and smelt like fresh flowers. Bottled water was supplied to our room every day, tea and coffee facilities were adequate, bathrobes and slippers supplied. We were extremely impressed by the cleanliness of our room and the entire resort. The included buffet breakfast was very good and a great way to start our day. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional, going beyond expectations to ensure our holiday was perfect. Great location close to dive shops, multiple restaurants and bars, a 30 minute easy walk to the town centre or a cheap taxi ride. We will return! Thank you to all at Cove Resort.

The hotel environment is really good, the rooms are not the most luxurious but they are quite spacious and comfortable. However, some ants were found. The residents paid attention to the food and put away in the refrigerator. The hotel has its own port, and it is convenient to send guests directly to the port when you return to the snorkeling with the group. The seaside leisure area next to the restaurant can be used for swimming, snorkeling and canoeing. And the scenery is super beautiful. We went before the peak of the Lunar New Year, and there were not many people, and the price was worth 4 nights including more than 7,300 in the morning. Then remember to put the card that does not change the sheets on the bed. If you do not change the new sheets, the room service staff will provide a 25% discount card, which can be used in the hotel restaurant, gift shop, spa. Super intimate and environmentally friendly, praise one. Then the hotel's meals were pretty good. In the end, Palau's seabed is truly unparalleled, with a lot of marine life and corals. Definitely worth it.

Great place to stay for the Aggressor live-aboard as the pick-up jetty is at the back of the hotel; the receptionists could not have been more helpful! They arranged for me to be collected at the airport at 2:30 AM and only charged $10 for the transport. After the live-a-board trip they checked me and 3 others in very early after the Aggressor tender drop off at 8:00 AM; what you are supposed to do from 8:00 am to Noon only God knows, fortunately the hotel checked every one in within 45 minutes of our arrival. Obviously if the hotel was full then they wouldn't be able to do that so what you would do for 4 hours I don’t know. On departure day I checked out at 12:00 noon, however, I could have stayed in the room until 1:00 PM. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and the receptionists and staff were superb. Thank you for all your help and caring nature.
