Totally bad service of front desk. When check in the front desk mentioned will provide free detergent. When we requested, she said the rules had changed and request us to buy from the convenience store with very rude attitude. They do not have the quality service and reputation. Is not the detergent which need to buy, if in this case during check in they should mentioned clearly. Very disappointed with their attitude and not worth paying for the stay. Kindly think twice before made any reservation with the hotels
