Se non volete camminare questo hotel non fa per voi. Sei un po’ distante dal centro, circa 2km e qualcosa. Se volete un posto trendy vicino alla laguna questo posto non fa per voi. Le camere sono decenti e la doccia pulita (anche se la prima sera di due prenotate eravamo senza acqua), non posso dire la stessa cosa della biancheria del letto macchiata di ruggine. Lavata ma macchiata, vabbè. Il posto comunque è rilassato e il personale gentile. Se sei una persona spartana che si adatta il posto va benissimo.

La pasamos muy bien este hotel, está limpio y con excelente atención por parte de Gris y todo el personal, nos ayudaron con muchas opciones para visitar en Bacalar y buenos restaurantes, tiene una linda perrita Maya que amamos. Excelente servicio y relación calidad precio. Si rentas carro es mejor y si no ellos te dan contactos para Uber y paseos en ponton.

According to information given during the booking process hotel suppose to be located about 1,3km from center, however in reality the distance is over 2km. Furthermore my pillow, bedding, towels and everything around are dirty. Front desk and stuff doesn’t speak English, we are unable to solve our problem with anybody in the hotel neither through website we made the reservation. We spend there only one night, our New Year’s Eve, and decided to check out and transfer to another acceptable accommodation. We’ve wasted all New Year’s evening and another morning of our holidays. Still waiting to get out money back for the remaining 4 nights but get fully charger for first night. I definitely don't recommend this place.

Being located west of the highway, not the best location. But comfortable, good space and facilities.
