It is a hotel that combines the ancient and the modern. The restaurant is located in a historic old building, which is very quaint and romantic. You can walk to the newly built accommodation building through a long corridor. The rooms are spacious and elegant (relative to European sizes) and the bedding is comfortable. The buffet breakfast is not to be missed. It is really rich and the dining environment is also very good.

Needless to say, this hotel is excellent from the hotel staff to hotel eauipment. This hotel has spa(pool, sauna, and massage). There are a bathrobe, towel and bag in the room. The only thing you have to bring is swimwear. I hope the guests enjoy the sauna. And the guest enjoy a wide range of breakfast. It's very delicious. I stayed for one night. I think this hotel is worth staying long days.

I was here for a short break and found everything to be perfect for relaxing! The staff is very professional and accommodating, the evenings in the hotel bar were particularly cozy! Federico the bartender spoiled us with his cocktails.

Very nice rooms, although most of them have no view, great breakfast buffet, good lunchtime snack with free coffee, excellent four-course dinner, very good health and massage depar**ent, mostly very friendly staff, first-class WiFi, but unfortunately very small indoor pool. "So definitely worth coming back!" was the summary of the review from August 2022. Soon after this stay, we booked tickets for two operettas this year and the same room in the hotel again. And everything was the same as last year: very friendly staff, spacious room with every comfort, excellent breakfast and also dinner in the restaurant (we ate here on two evenings, although again only room with breakfast), wonderful wellness area, once also a very pleasant massage, etc. Villa Seilern Vital Resort was once again a very pleasant base for the stay in beautiful Bad Ischl with hikes, the operetta performance, culinary delights... For sometime - next year we already have other travel destinations - so definitely worth coming back!

We can only recommend this villa. The staff - whether at reception or in the service - are incredibly competent and try to accommodate the guests' wishes. We had a package (romantic days) and were treated excellently. The rooms were very large and the balcony offered a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding mountains.
