I booked a room with a balcony, which was clean, bright, and had a stylish interior, but there was no balcony, the room was old-fashioned, and the carpet was very dirty. When I protested to the front desk, they initially insisted that they would not guarantee a balcony for your reservation due to a mistake in the description and photo. After continuing to negotiate, they began to say that the balcony rooms were fully booked. At the time, I was able to book a balcony type room online on both the Trip booking site and the official website, and I was able to confirm that there were many available rooms, but the front desk still refused to change my room. I will never tolerate such malicious behavior!!! I plan to publish this encounter on social media and ask a news journalist to cover it. If necessary, we are considering filing a lawsuit for damages."
