The only dissatisfaction is that the indoor heated swimming pool was told not to swim, and the children were asked to go to the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool is very small, the water temperature is cold, and it is impossible to swim at all. Struttura senza dubbio di qualità alta, servizio accurato e nulla da dire su colazione, camere, opportunità al suo interno (SPA, ristoranti, boutiques, … sembra un centro commerciale di lusso …). Peccato che al check out veniamo informati che dovessimo pagare una integrazione a quanto già pagato per parcheggio auto (prevedibile) e … seconda persona nella stanza! We were celebrating 40th Anniversary and OMG it was the best hotel we ever stated at. It was as if we had gone to heaven. EVERYTHING was fabulous from check in/out, dining, comfort of bed and cleanliness. The spa and inhouse restaurants are a must and if you need help with anything the concierge are fantastic. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and courteous. The outside grounds, the snow capped mountains and the town itself is like something you would see in a fairy tail book. Everything about the area was magnificent. Everything within walking distance. Could not recommend highly enough hopefully we will be back again and again

Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is a perfect hotel! All the restaurants serve good food and have a very nice service. Start/end your evening in the Verve by Sven Bar in the good hands of mister Nowak. The hotel is also a must for golfers, first hole a side the hotel. Great pool and fitness facilities. Don’t forget to book a massage/beaty trea**ent. We Will be back soon!

Wir waren rund um eine Veranstaltung zwei Nächte dort und es hat uns, bis auf Kleinigkeiten, sehr gut gefallen. Die Hardware insgesamt sehr ansprechend mit vielen beeindruckenden Details(Lichtinstallationen, Mobiliar, grüne Wand, Gartenanlage etc), aktuell noch angereichert durch die wunderbaren Skulpturen aus der Ausstellung im Garten. Tolle, sehr schöne Zimmer mit wohnlicher A**osphäre , Lobby, Bars alles sehr überzeugend. Die Kulinarik rund um die Veranstaltung war hervorragend, am Abend zuvor waren wir im Zollhaus, was uns allerdings enttäuscht hat. Wenn das Gefühl zurück bleibt das man das am heimischen Küchenherd besser hinbekommt, dann hat der Profi leider nicht so geliefert wie man das gerne erwartet hätte. Die Gastgeber im Haus waren durchweg großartig, empathisch, zuvorkommend und professionell, eine Wonne das wieder mal erleben zu dürfen, auch auf Fünf Sterne Niveau nicht mehr durchweg selbstverständlich, in einer Branche die es auf dem Arbeitsmarkt schwer hat. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle auch an Marco, der meiner Frau mit seinen Cappuccino Kreationen immer ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat. Das Spa, hier viel gelobt, ist aus unserer Sicht nicht standesgemäß, eher ungemütlich, viel Hallenbada**osphäre und vom Stil her recht durchschnittlich. Das haben wir vielfach auf unseren Reisen schon besser erleben dürfen. All in all, jedoch eine wunderbare Grand Hotel Experience!
