Didn't appreciate jet peel premium spa person (I felt short-handed with Nancy for quite an expensive service) as much as I appreciated Nicole (great!). "We had a very pleasant stay at Sorell Hotel Tamina in Bad Ragaz. The highlight of our visit was definitely the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. The reception team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and the breakfast staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a generous buffet with a great variety of fresh, high quality products. We especially appreciated the combination of the buffet and the attentive service, which made every morning a great experience. Our room was comfortable, clean, and cosy, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only area that could be improved is the cooling during the hot summer months. The rooms are equipped with fans only, which can be insufficient during periods of high temperatures. Air conditioning or a more effective cooling system would significantly enhance guest comfort. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the warm hospitality, excellent breakfast, and comfortable accommodation. We would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Bad Ragaz."
