We have been a weekend as a couple . Gastronomie , Bar , is nice with friendly service .Atmosphere and environment too .with a nice outdoor pool . Problem is reception , no smile at arrival , not really friendly so you dont get a professional impression .. We tried to call during three days in a row to book massages before we arrived without any success to reach anyone .. so we had no chance to get what we wanted because of it was fully booked .. Also i tried to make some more reservations by email .. still waiting for an answer after three days .. The reception teams are not reliable enough or need customer relation training , in order to fit to this category of SPA hotel .
