We, a couple with 4-year child, made this reservation because of the swimming pool. But the swimming pool opens 11h30am and the check-out time is 12h00. It makes no sense. The breakfast staff (not inside the hotel) took 1 hour to complete. They were very busy with many costumers. The room was clean.

A pesar de que indiqué que quería una habitación con una cama doble, y pagué más por ello, nos asignaron una habitación con dos camas individuales. En ningún sitio se indicaba que dependía de la disponibilidad, porque como digo, de hecho pagamos más.
Por lo demás la habitación estaba bien, tenía nevera y estaba limpio. En general es una buena zona y había parking para los clientes.

Hoy fui a la cafetería con un amigo para tomar algo , después de 30 minutos de espera sin que nos atendiera nadie solicite la atención de las tres camareras que allí había, muy ocupadas con sus teléfonos móviles me echaron una mirada como si fuera un perro pulgoso , me toman nota del pedido y tras otros 20 minutos de espera siguen sin atenderme , a pesar de que en ese lapso de tiempo atendieron a otros clientes que por la confianza son habituales , así que decidí marcharme, la verdad es que jamás me habían atendido tan mal

Se puede acceder al centro de la ciudad a través de dos puentes que cruzan el Guadiana, uno de ellos peatonal. Esta renovado y las habitaciones son confortables. El comedor demasiado pequeño para el tamaño del hotel pero buen servicio.
