They take note of my order and after another 20 minutes of waiting they still do not serve me, even though in that period of time they served other customers who are regular customers due to their trust, so I decided to leave, the truth is that they had never served me so bad"

"We had a pending matter regarding Extremadura, the region of Spain we know best, and that was to visit the beautiful city of Badajoz. Given the wide variety of hotels available, I think the Hotel Turia exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, just a pleasant 15-minute walk from the city center, keeping you away from any noise. The facilities, restaurant, and room were outstanding. But if there's one thing that truly stands out, it's the staff, from maintenance and room service to the entire reception team. Thank you to Maite, Paloma, and César for your hard work and empathy. And especially, thank you to Carmen for your kindness, courtesy, and empathy; it was a pleasure meeting you. I hope this review encourages you to continue improving your customer service.
