Ubicación excelente. Buen trato por parte del personal del hotel. Habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. La Puerta de Palmas y el Puente de Palmas se encuentran a unos metros. Acceso fácil y rápido al centro. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila.

El hotel tiene ya sus años, pero se conserva muy bien. El acceso es un poco incómodo, o muchas escaleras o un ascensor sólo para subir a recepción. La recepcionista fue muy simpatica y eficiente, y nos concedió todas las peticiones que le solicitamos, dándonos la habitación con mejores vistas hacia el río. La habitación amplia, pero un poco antigua. La terraza justita pero con vistas maravillosas. Lástima que la parte del hotel que no está operativa sirva de palomar.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The pillows and the matress were fluffiest. The room was quiet and with a View of the River. It is a City with a Great history and a good museums; It is friendly for walking around and dicovering the monuments
