El hotel nos ha gustado tanto por su comodidad y amplitud de la habitación como por la situación ya que es un paseo llegar al casco histórico. Hemos aparcado en los alrededores del hotel sin gran dificultad aunque es una zona muy concurrida para aparcar

Muy justito, sin más, siendo cuatro estrellas, generoso soy. Colchón con mucho uso o blando, mi peso es de 75kg y me escurría en los lados. La limpieza y el mantenimiento muy justos dada la categoría. Buena situación cerca del centro y un parque.

Hotel bien ubicado y con prestaciones excelentes y adecuadas. Para mejorar propongo la adecuación del baño eliminando la bañera por un plato de ducha por accesibilidad y consumo más eficiente de agua. Mejorar el funcionamiento de las luces interiores.

Lo único decente son las habitaciones. El resto lo han convertido en lo más incómodo, desangelado y frío que se puedan imaginar. La cafetería, también desangelada está cadi siempre cerrada. Hay una lamentable asusencia de personal. Y para colmo el hall y todas las mediocres zonas comunes fue invadida por una turba gritona y borracha, algunos devolviendo en bolsas de plástico, que celebraban un "evento" en el salón contiguo, con música a tope incluida. Hace muchos años que conozco el hotel, sólo puedo concluir que SERCOTEL se lo ha cargado. No recomendable en absoluto.
