Cet hôtel est juste extraordinaire. C'est un havre de paix. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, le service est parfait. La vue est magnifique, indescriptiblement belle, il règne une atmosphère de sérénité particulière dont je me rappelerai. C'est réellement un des plus beaux hôtels que j'ai pu voir.

We only spent one night here, because the next day we had to leave at dawn. The owner was very helpful, he packed our breakfasts for us because of the early departure. The accommodation is lovely, the room is clean and well equipped. The wifi worked flawlessly and the terrace was simply fantastic.

Ella Hide View was in a lovely location with lovely, helpful staff. The morning sunrise was pretty special! The facilities were pretty basic with patchy hot water (runs on solar so would be wary if you went in cooler seasons). The wifi also barely worked so would avoid if you’re relying on wifi to book/get around.

Ella Hide View exceeded our expectations. It is down a long flight of stairs, but the staff will help you with your bags. The place was realatively quiet considering all the construction around it. The view was quite nice, and our room was great! The bed was comfortable, it was very clean and everything looked like new. Also I love the bean bags and comfortable chairs and that you have your own balcony. They will arrange tours and tuk tuks for you to get around, which we did the Tea Factory tour. Also it is close to the "downtown" which makes going into town for dinner or other things easy.

Die Unterkunft hat nach Schimmel gerochen und war von Kackerlacken befallen. Alles in allem waren die Zimmer weder Sauber, noch haben wir uns in irgendeiner Art und Weise wohl gefühlt. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Überzug fürs Bett mit dabei. Dadurch konnte uns die Kackerlaken wenigstens nicht berühren. Bettewäsche und Zimmer wie gesagt absolut nach Schimmel gerochen was das schlafen sehr schwer macht. Außerdem sind die Zimmer super hell hörig. Wir haben Affen schreien hören, Katzen die Ratten töten gehört usw. Definitiv NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!

Be careful when you arrive, we booked a large 20 square meter room and received an 8 square meter room in the basement... It's a shame that they're trying to make fun of the tired guest that we had to check into the Taha Hotel and move on, it really ruined the experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We were staying in the newest apartment which was just build a month ago. Everything was brand new and really nice to use. The staff of the hotel was super polite and helpful during our whole stay. Breakfast is good and roomservice as well. Had a nice stay at Ella View

The hotel is located a short tuk tuk ride up a steep hill from Ella city centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged tuk tuks for us to go to town and The Nine Arches Bridge. They showed me some of their newly decorated rooms, which I'd definitely recommend booking. The view from all their rooms is amazing, you can see a waterfall, tea plantation, mountains and a train bridge.
