AC Air conditioner not working Refused change room, thay kow the ac not working, but thay give us room Thay send gust fan this your option no ac :)

There were ıssues wıth the AC temperatures ın some rooms on the fırst floor, But we have already repaired them, AC wıll be workıng ın all of our rooms, so hopefully if you return to us, you will be able to enjoy the room wıth maıntaıned temperatures. Yes, there were ıssue wıth the A/C but we would hope that when there ıs a problem we really try to solve it during the guests stay, SO, Accordıng to the busıness of the hotel at that tıme we couldn't change the room, but we offered the Fan to ensure that guest leave us feeling happy and relaxed. if you have your own car this hotel location is quite reasonable, good choice for business trip, but for traveling istanbul quite far. i want to appreciate to cleaner Havva, she was very smiley all the time and kept our room clean and keep asking for our needs. in general i had a pleasure stay in the hotel.

It's a great hotel with an amazing skyscraper view if you take one of the rooms from the residential tower. Rooms are clean, location is great.

It's not very clean. Even though we wanted a non-smoking room, they gave us the first smoking room. Then, when we noticed the smell and wanted to change it, they changed it. The bed is comfortable. The curtains block out the sun and the wind coming from the window very well. However, even though the air conditioner was on all day and it was 30 degrees, it could not heat the room and we were cold.

Our 3rd stay. There were problems with the cleanliness of the room. Headboards, door handles and coffee table tops were not clean. When we asked for housekeeping, we had to call 4 times, we were told that it was redirected, we waited for housekeeping for exactly 1.5 hours before we could lie down because we were tired from the road. The person who came was a friend from Sinop. I don't think I was responsible for anything in the room. I used the pillowcase because he couldn't make it. Then I took care of it all myself. There was no soap, I asked for soap and he brought shampoo. It is obvious that it does not have its own department.
