It is a very wonderful hotel and has all the wonderful services. We had a great time at this hotel. We hope to return to the hotel on the next trip. The best thing about this hotel is that there is a person who is fluent in some languages, especially Arabic, and this is an excellent thing for people coming from Arab countries.

We chose it after looking at the positive comments. The people at the reception were nice, but since the other employees were foreigners, we did not receive that sincere communication. There was no shortage of hot water. Bed comfort was not good. The sheets and duvet cover were stained and dirty, must have been left over from the previous guest. The open breakfast buffet ends at 10. We went around 9.30, obviously there was no tea left, we asked for it but it did not come. Breakfast variety was limited and its taste questionable.

We booked a room via Otelfiyat.com 3 adults and a 12 year old. When we came to the room we found out that it has only 3 single beds. When we raised the issue they said they are full and can sort this tomorrow. Sadly Im staying only 1 night. Very disappointed about this booking, they should not have sold this as we are 4 people. 1. Hotel itself seemed very outdated. 2. Old and fiddly switch on the ground floor And only can carry 2 people. 3. WiFi did not connect , they said they will reset the router that's was the last I heard. I managed without wifi as I had mobile data. 4. The bathroom shower switch was unusually very hard to operate. 5. AC was poor could not make the room comfortable as it was not capable of making the room cold. Sadly very disappointed, will avoid this hotel in future.
