這不是5星級酒店，但絕不代表家庭去碧瑤旅行就要入住一家好的酒店。食物不錯（儘管自助餐選擇有限不想其他大酒店），房間寬敞，足夠一個4人家庭入住，有無線上網和電視。位置優越，因為只要步行就能到碧瑤的SM和其他政府機關。到目前為止，我最喜歡Acoustic Nights樂隊，你可以和他們在場的歌手一起唱歌。

This is not a 5-star hotel, but it does not mean that families should stay in a good hotel when traveling to Baguio. The food was good (although the buffet selection was limited compared to other big hotels), the room was spacious enough for a family of 4, with or without internet and TV. The location is great as it is just walking distance to SM Baguio and other government offices. My favorite band so far is Acoustic Nights, you can sing along with their live singers.

Decent hotel w great courteous people and relatively good food that can cater to all diets. Simple hotel but very CLEAN. I'm glad they are back after the pandemic w the usual excellent service. Try their baked breads and pastries too for pasalubong.

Walking distance to SM Baguio and Session Road area. The hotel is also near Agara Ramen. If you want to roam around Baguio, you can hail a taxi anytime. The rooms show their age, but still, our stay is comfortable and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is included. The Voyager restaurant also serves reasonably-priced meals. Will definitely come back next time we visit Baguio :)

Neither Agoda nor the hotel informed us of the requirements for travel to Baguio. As a result, we were stuck at a checkpoint for 1 ½ hour trying to hastily arrange the needed paperwork. This time sucking inconvenience and hassle would have been avoided had the hotel let us know before travel that we needed to visit a website and upload copies of licenses etc. (there had been various personal emails between us). The Covid requirements were very proforma, all easily provided and accomplished but not when you are stuck on a mountain road at a checkpoint with barely an internet signal. I was furious. This was a screw-up. When I arrived at the hotel. The manager came to speak to me. She took responsibility. We worked out a reasonable settlement. She did her job in spades. I was so impressed. And I let her know. So, yes – stay in this hotel. The staff care, make adjustments and take responsibility when they screw up. The room was fine. TV worked very well – had premium channels and good reception. This hotel is run by someone who cares about their service and their customers. It shows.
