"The location is near the city center, like 10 minutes away from SM but the problem is traffic. So it will take up to 30 minutes from the city center. Everything is fine, we were able to book on the same day and check in late at around 8pm, Breakfast is included but it's not appetizing, my concern is with the bathroom, it smells like cockroach when I tried to open the cabinet below the sink where the heater switch is located. I hope it was more accessible, since the bathroom is small it was hard for me to crouch down and turn it on, plus the smell of the cockroach. Overall if you just want to sleep for a night it's a good choice."

"We stayed at NYC Manhattan Suites from May 11–16, 2026 and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of exploring Baguio. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel since it was away from the busy and crowded areas, making it ideal for guests who want a quiet and relaxing stay. The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place. We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. Not to mention the cute and handsome staff who had such beautiful smiles that really made me feel kilig every time I saw him 😊 I didn’t even get to ask for his name because I was too shy to ask lol. "Nice hotel, maybe a little overrated however. Large rooms but no air conditioning so I was a little uncomfortable on the warmer nights. They’re not very good at informing you about the facilities and arrangements for breakfast, i found this unusual for a highly rated hotel. Breakfast is a little odd where you have to ‘pay as you go’, the price is not disclosed until on get your bill (it was a little overpriced at approx 3500 pesso for 2 adults and 1 child per day)."

Overall, I highly recommend this place as it's conveniently located near several tourist spots. The property is also newly renovated, and the aesthetic of the place is beautiful and modern."

"Hotel Review The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. Rooms were set up nicely and clean. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite requesting a mountain or pine view room in advance, I was assigned a roadside room instead. Additionally, when I inquired about the possibility of packing breakfast earlier or have it plated and serve later on, I never received a response. The room itself was lacking in basic amenities. Double lock on the door for added security was broken, and essential items such as room slippers, a laundry bag, and a blow dryer were missing. Overall, the front desk staff could improve in handling requests and ensuring guest satisfaction."

"First time we booked for one day, and extended for another 5 days, location was very good, 10 minutes to SM, Burnham park, close to night market, free cold and hot water, Room services absolutely amazing, our room was good view, cleaned, we recommend and we surely come back for our next holiday"
