"The best Chinese guesthouse in Baguio. There's a Chinese minimart downstairs, which is very convenient. Getting a taxi from Lagard Road right outside is easy. A pleasant surprise was finding a Shaxian Snacks restaurant nearby too."

"Upon check-in at around 1200, we requested an early check-in because I have a PWD with me, and we were given 1 room, though I booked 2 rooms, acceptable because early check-in depends on the availability of the room. Thank you for the help. The facility is clean, and our room cleaner in room 9004 is commendable, but the other room was not cleaned, unsure about the standard cleaning procedure (daily or as per request). Some staff members are courteous, but others are not. Upon check out, the check-out policy was 1200 due to unavoidable circumstances. We were delayed checking out. I requested a little bit of delay but hotel insisted that we need to vacate the room as the next occupant is ready to check in. Question k lang nong kmi ang mag early check-in is d pwede dahil ndun pa ang ocupant pero nung kmi ang nadelay pramg ang higpit nila at we don't have a choice. Kaya prang unfair man. The food was good Unhappy ako sa experience k dun sa early check in at check out need to improve on that part cguro"

"The rooms at Uphill Baguio are great. There's no air conditioning, just one fan, but you can really feel Baguio's cool air, especially in the morning. The windows even fog up as if the air has ice in it. It's clean and bright everywhere, from the lobby and canteen, and especially the room where my family and I stayed. They also have complete amenities, the staff are cheerful, and of course, they offer FREE breakfast every morning. Their brewed coffee is unlimited, which you'll definitely keep coming back for, especially if you're a coffee lover like me. Thank you, Uphill Baguio, for making our trip to Baguio City to witness the Panagbenga Festival 2026 even more enjoyable and meaningful. We'll book with you again next time we visit Baguio. "Room was clean and spacious. The room I booked has a balcony that had a very nice Mountain view. There was breakfast included and I had that at the balcony of my room with that great view. There was vendor passed by selling Taho too and many went down to get one! The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Mirador Hill Peace Memorial. I just walked there from the hotel. The sound proof was not great and there was chimes from the lift. So you will hear people talking and steps when they pass the corridor, when the lift arrives every time, when people talk at the balcony or turn on the TV a bit loud. Anyhow, the bed and blanket were comfy with hot shower. I had quite a comfort stay."

"Returning Guest Disappointed – Urgent Improvement Needed Stay: 15-17/Nov/25 Status: Returning Guest We returned hoping for improvements after our last critical review, but found significant service failures persist. Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit. * Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture. * Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones. * Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency. * Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision. Management/GM: Please give these critical points your special attention. We need to see positive improvements in January; otherwise, we will seek other accommodations."

"Location is very good, has elevator access from Victory Liner bus terminal and walkable to the mall. A lot of dining options too. The room is clean and spacious with comfortable bed. Has free filtered hot/cold water in the hallway. Staffs are very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Breakfast is alright. Both me and my mom do not eat pork so we only got the cold scrambled eggs on day 1, day 2 has chicken and no pork. Still this hotel is highly recommended and will surely comeback when we visit Baguio again."

"Ambiance: The environment has a very Swiss feel. Service: I was able to check in early when I arrived. Cleanliness: No issues with cleanliness. Facilities: I checked in after Christmas, but the decorations hadn't been taken down yet, so it felt like the atmosphere would have been amazing if I had come during Christmas."

"Everything was fine and great. Staff were very nice with good services. Location is great, easy to reach the main touristy spots. There was renovation during my stay, so heard some noise but not a big deal. The sound proof was considered okay. Very tiny noise from the renovation I heard and also when people passed by the corridor and talking. There was no separation between the shower and toilet bowl, but the shower water was hot enough. There was also water dispenser for you to refill water and provided with their glass jar, which is great! Overall, I had a good stay!"

"The rooms are actually very good, but a bit worn, especially in the bathroom. The showerhead seems to have been strangely repaired or is heavily calcified instead of just being replaced. However, it has everything you need."
