"The picture of the room I selected showed a double bed. The mention said you could get either one on arrival...a double bed or a single bunk bed.
But that is not true. The price for the room I selected was for a single bunk bed only. This is what we were told after arrving. The double bed was P200 extra a night. We paid but complained at Trip.com. We got P400 credit for the next booking. How to call this practice from the hotel? Not honest. Advertising something that is not true. I will make sure Trip.com
change that.
Hotel near a road with a lot of traffic. Walls very thin, can hear people next room. Same for the floor...could hear people walking above."

"The place is very convenient—super near the bus station and just below SM Baguio. I love how easy it is to go around the city and reach the places I need to visit.
The staff at the reception was very welcoming, and one of the guys even helped me move my things from the room downstairs all the way to the bus station. That was such a thoughtful service, and I really appreciated his help with my heavy luggage.
However, the place is currently under construction/renovation, and the room I stayed in had some issues. The toilet floor was wet; even though there was a cover, it still got wet, so I had to wear shoes whenever I used it. There was no towel provided, and I wasn’t sure if I had to request one. Since I only stayed for a few hours, I didn’t need to shower, but when I checked out, the staff asked if no towel was placed in the room, which was a bit surprising 😅.
Overall, the location is excellent, and I really like the convenience. They just need to improve the rooms and ensure towels are always provided for guests without needing to request them.
P.S. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs."

Amazing
GGuest UserIt was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. Thank you Chateau De Maisons for the great, amazing stay at your hotel.
AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.
GGuest UserHotel has kitchen , you can cook there, in hotel theres is small store, cafe, private parking is good, in shadows you can park the car. Staff is friendly, in room furniture is not new, but ok, bed creaks.
AAnonymous UserNo fan, no aircon. I didn't expect it that way. And the noises from the outside was coming directly thru the room. Hehe but okay na rin.
