Upon arriving in the room, a very humid and hot environment greeted me, adding to my frustration and discomfort. It seems like nobody was willing to listen to my frustration or help me. The hotel staff claimed they don't specify whether the room has AC or not in their ads, yet Leslie and Cris Ann from trip.com insisted it was clearly stated on their website, despite my screenshot showing otherwise. I had to switch to a more expensive room with AC, costing me extra. If I had known earlier, I would have chosen a different hotel.
