Anonymous UserThis was my third visit to Baguio. My first and second stays were at SotoGrande Baguio, but this time I decided to try something different. For both, my main criterion was an outdoor heated pool. While the pool at SotoGrande was somewhat usable, the one at Newtown Plaza felt more like a pool meant to be looked at from the restaurant. It's not really for swimming, or at least it seems a bit difficult to use. Newtown Plaza seems to have more history and their buffet is quite popular. However, since I really want to use a pool even in cold Baguio, I might just go back to SotoGrande next time!

Raffy C. LegaspiStayed for 2 nights at Sotogrande Baguio and had a wonderful experience. We arrived a bit early before the check-in time, and the receptionists, Ms. Kiev and Ms. Mar was very accommodating and honest in updating us about the room status. Since the room was still being prepared, we decided to have lunch first at the restaurant.
Ms. Jo from the restaurant was also very attentive and helpful in taking and serving our orders. What truly stood out was when Ms. Kiev personally went to the restaurant just to hand over our room key once the room became available. Such a simple yet thoughtful gesture was highly appreciated.
Kudos to the entire Sotogrande Baguio staff for the excellent hospitality and special shout-out to “Boss D” of the F&B Department. Thank you for making my birthday get-away more comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

12MariaThis is our second stay at the log cabin, with the first one being a delightful experience in Q4 of 2017. This time, we booked the Pine Suite, which impressed us with its amenities and a terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden.
While the log cabin itself seemed a bit older, I appreciate the exclusive parking at the front lobby.
The free breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown, so we opted out after the first try.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely return, but might skip the breakfast buffet again unless there are improvements.

Biyan is their tourist attraction. Relatively speaking, the price is quite high.  But the disadvantage is that there is no elevator.  It is quite close to the viewing park. Then you need to drive for 10 minutes in the city.

Novie1178We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vallejo. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The only concern we had was the stairs, but we understand this is typical in a mountainous area like Baguio. Overall, we would definitely consider staying at Casa Vallejo again in the future. 😇🥰
