Très bel hôtel. Rapport qualité / prix excellent. On ne trouve rien d’équivalent en France. Un accueil des plus chaleureux, un personnel très agréable, tout le monde est aux petits soins, un grand respect pour la clientèle.Une très bonne cuisine. Une extrême propreté de tous les endroits de l’hôtel, chambre, espaces communs, espace wellnes. Une très bonne literie. Un grand soin pour le linge de maison. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, pour qui veut faire du vélo. Il se trouve au bord de l’itinéraire cyclable ( tour de Murg). Mais , et c’est très rare, vous avez au moins 20 vélo électriques gratuitement à disposition. Nous étions venus le matin, car présent dans la région et nous avons bénéficié de suite de vélos électriques. Nous avons pris notre chambre au retour de notre sortie vélo. Nous avions une grande chambre plus de 40 mètres carrés, facturée comme si nous étions restés au moins 4 jours. L’hôtel était complet, car nous aurions aimé venir 4 jours, de ce fait nous y étions seulement 2 jours du vendredi au dimanche. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à tous.

Hotel, das seine Führungsstruktur geändert hat, aber viele Dinge wie einen grausamen Mangel an Respekt für den Kunden . Hafermilch, die sauer geworden ist und zum Beispiel auf das Buffet gestellt wird und voller kleiner Dinge, die wir Ihnen um 17 Uhr erklären, dass die Terrasse schließt und Sie Ihr Bett nicht sehr gut gemacht haben müssen usw. aber das Schlimmste ist der alte Besitzer, der da ist und Dinge macht Überlegungen, während wir denken, dass sie in ihrem Alter von etwa 90 Jahren besser ihren Ruhestand genießen würde, anstatt Ihnen den Urlaub zu verderben Sie ist unangenehm mit dem Personal mischt sich in das, was sie nicht mehr betrifft und könnte Hallo sagen, wenn sie Kunden trifft Ansonsten ist das Hotel mehr als ok für sein Restaurant bleibt mehr als nur die Unhandlichen zu entfernen.

After a family stay that gave us complete satisfaction, we returned as a couple. Our room (n° 54) was the largest we have ever had in a hotel: two bedrooms, a living room and a dressing room! The mattress was very comfortable and the room service very efficient. When we returned from breakfast, the room was made up with great professionalism. Nothing was ever missing. From our terrace, we had a beautiful view of the garden and the Murg river which sparkled in the sun. During our entire 4-night stay, we appreciated the calm of this pretty house. The cleanliness was impeccable. The evening meals were delicious, with creative starters. The breakfasts were enough to satisfy all desires. The cakes served in the afternoon were very appetizing. At the foot of the hotel, a small path along the river allows for peaceful walks. This path is tarmacked, which allows you to walk even in the rain and admire the pretty, not very shy wagtails. To the right of the small wooden bridge, a small embankment shelters the path from the wind and even the rain. Admittedly, some tables in the dining room are a little tight but this hotel has, in our opinion, the best quality/price ratio in the Black Forest, so we will not keep this tiny downside. We will come back with pleasure.

All in all it was very good. The friendliness and cleanliness were excellent. The breakfast buffet in particular was more than varied. The evening meal, a 5-6 course menu, was very varied. The fact that you could choose alternatives for starters, main courses and desserts was also very good.

We had a great stay "in the sun" despite the rain. Everything was perfect: very warm welcome, all the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is rather family, the decor is everywhere friendly and reminiscent of the Black Forest, our room was spacious, tastefully furnished and well located (view of the Murg and the greenery), everything was very quiet, the 5-course dinners were exquisite and well composed. The prices are reasonable. We will gladly return.

Great hotel in a lovely location. Beautiful wellness area with 4 saunas. The food is hard to beat. All wishes were fulfilled immediately by the hosts and the friendly staff. The location on the Murgtal cycle path and the Murgtal railway (hourly connection to Raststatt and Freudenstadt) is ideal. E-bikes are available free of charge. Great, clean rooms. We would love to come back.

Despite the rain, our family stay in this hotel took place in excellent conditions. A breakfast with multiple choices and quality, a short ride on bikes included in the price, a nice playground for children, a Vesperkarte and cakes for those who were a little hungry in the afternoon, an evening meal with remarkable starters and desserts, and, to finish, a restful sleep in the calm of our four beautiful and large rooms. To highlight a shower with a grab bar and a non-slip floor for the elderly. We particularly appreciated the kindness and patience of the staff for our 4 small children, who are nevertheless rather unruly. To finish an unmatched quality/price ratio. All this makes us want to come back
