A beautiful hotel. Beautiful territory, building, rooms are cool. Panoramic windows on the sea and bath at the window were very enjoyable. Very clean, everything in the room is up to the smallest cases. The bed is crazy soft, the pillows are very comfortable. I liked that in the room there was a coffee car. I advise. I will come in the summer to this hotel.

During my 13-hour layover in Baku, I chose to unwind at the Fly Inn Baku Hotel, seeking a relaxing break between flights. Discovered online and backed by positive reviews, the hotel exceeded expectations. The spacious rooms, well-stocked bathroom essentials, plush robes, and excellent modern gym contributed to a comfortable stay. The gym and pool not only provided excellent facilities but also allowed me to rejuvenate after a previous long-haul flight. Despite being in close proximity to the airport, the hotel maintained a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The exceptional Azerbaijani hospitality made me feel like an awaited guest, and the hotel's value for money was evident. While the slightly outdated furniture and bath tub were minor considerations, they did not significantly impact the overall positive experience. I recommend Fly Inn Baku Hotel for travelers seeking a peaceful layover, offering excellent amenities such as a spa, quiet lobby areas, spacious rooms with excellent glazing to minimize runway noise, and reliable Wi-Fi for those looking to work during their stay.

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Мне очень понравился этот отель. Душевный и приветливый персонал, хорошие удобные номера. Достаточно хорошее питание-мы покупали проживание с завтраками. Колбасы, сыр, яичница, сосиски, яйца, овощи. Давали фрукты : яблоки, груши и мандарины. Подают несколько видов соков, чай, кофе. При отеле есть спа центр, мне очень понравился хамам и финская сауна с бассейном-это бесплатно для постояльцев. Отель находится не в самом центре города, но рядом есть станция метро Низами, или можно доехать на такси, оно в городе дешевое. Мы пользовались убером. Недалеко есть супермаркет Grandmart, сеть магазинов Bravo. А если пройти чуть вниз по дороге, можно зайти в кафе Zaura, единственное место по моему мнению, где можно недорого поесть горячее и супы. Важный момент при оплате проживания -если вы оплачиваете на месте, то принимают только доллары и манаты. Я очень рекомендую этот отель, здесь создано все для комфортного отдыха!

First time using this hotel mainly due to the location and ease of getting to walk to work the following day. The hotel itself if great – nice and clean with all rooms being huge in size including good bed, TV refreshments and a decent bathroom. It’s a fair walk into the main Baku fountain square however on this occasion my work was around the corner from the marine hotel so perfect. – Would I use again? Certainly will – in fact I have reserved 2 future dates that coincide with my work, in fact the price is also amazing due to location – If you was there for the F1 you would be laughing as you could fall out of bed and be on the main track..

Very clean and beautiful needs extra star . Excellent breakfast and nice lounge and beautiful view from front to on-look to beautiful park.

Breakfast is OK, no extra bed, noon and dinner are OK, the best is the location, opposite is a cheap shopping mall, very convenient

Just to dig money! We stay at this hotel for the second time. There are no questions to staff and food. But! With the hotel manager there was a terrible situation: We had 5 rooms, my guests (3 rooms), could not come because of cancellation of the flight. As the message was received, I went to the receptacle, asking to cancel their booking, the manager and the administrator told me that I still need to pay for the rooms. Although the booking of the room did not send the information where all this was scheduled. And for the first time I see such conditions of booking. After a long time of understanding of the relationship, I overpaid 330 manats for rooms where no one lived! I asked to show the rooms for which I paid, whether there was really no one living there, it turned out that 1 room had already sold and settled new guests. So I do not recommend choosing the hotel where managers lack human qualities!!!
