We loved the resort. We had great massages, loved the indoor swimming pool, salt room, steambath, and outdoor sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only concern was the electricity outage we experienced several times in room 208. They moved us to room 142 and we again experienced an electricity outage one time.

Our overall satisfaction with the staff, hotel restaurant, wellness facilities and location was excellent. Our one reason for not giving an excellent review was that although the room appeared clean the pillows had lipstick and someone's blond hair and in addition a guest had left a toe nail near the bed side table which I stepped on, otherwise the experience was really nice for my family

The room was clean but the beds were a bit uncomfortable. The wellness area was small, we could not try the outdoor sauna because it was always full. The breakfast was a bit better than average. The hotel is located on the main pedestrian street and there were restaurants/bars with loud music within 50 meters. However, the were no soundproof windows so it was almost impossible to sleep until 2am.

Silverline is a great hotel, but maybe more so for families than solo travelers. The wellness area was great, but if you want to get proper use for it you will have to share it with loads of happy and playfully kids.
The room was great, the location was great. Would recommend to my friends with family ;)

The stay was good. The man at the reception who did the check-in was exellent. We met him several times. On the other hand, the "other" who was at the reception during our relationship has a lot to learn about smiling and showing more kindness. The spa treatment was, according to my wife, VERY good!

Some of these reviews miss the point, lovely little place with fantastic service from check in to bar service Admittedly it’s not the Ritz but a lovely retreat for a very relaxing chilled stay The staff could not be more helpful I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, wenn man gerne mitten im Geschehen ist.Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und nett. Das Frühstück am Büfett frisch und ausreichend. Abendessen vorwiegend solide, ungarische Hausmannskost. Bei der Auswahl gibt es Luft nach oben. Die Zimmerreinigung hätte gerne vor 19 Uhr stattfinden können! Beide Strände sind in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

An excellent luxury resort in the center of Balatonfured. The hotel is equipped with everything one needs, excellent wellness with outdoor and indoor pool, sauna with a view and a beautiful garden. The rooms are large, clean and beautifully decorated. The cuisine - breakfast and dinner are a gourmet experience, the dishes change every day and are of excellent taste and also beautifully arranged. The only downside is the additional fees (drinks in the restaurant, minibar, parking) which are quite overpriced.
