The staff were very welcoming. We couldn't find the location when we arrived, but they came out to pick us up as soon as we called. The front desk upgraded the room type for free because we were a family. They showed us the room type first and then let us choose the room type. However, I prefer the room type I stayed in the second day (the one at the front desk) because the living room window of the room type I stayed in on the first day (the one opposite the front desk) faced another building and there was no sunlight. So when I first entered the room, the living room was a little damp. The sunlight came in from the bedroom window. The breakfast was very homely and was eaten in the yard. The environment was very good (see the picture). The hotel is very close to Xizha and you can walk to it quickly.

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. First of all, the room is quite large, and it is very convenient to put things and dry clothes. The bed and pillows are not too soft, and it is very comfortable to lie on. When the curtains are opened in the morning, the room is very bright. The room is bright and I feel that people are much more energetic. Secondly, the sanitation is also very good, and the room as a whole is very clean. The dry and wet separation of the toilet is particularly satisfactory. There is also a drainage hole outside the shower cubicle. This design is very good and will not cause water to accumulate in the toilet. Finally, let's talk about the location and service. The hotel is very close to the entrance of Xizha, the location is very good, and it is easy to find. The boss is also very enthusiastic, and will respond positively to any questions. Very good hotel. It's not far from the other hotels. Basically all hotel located at the same street. Just 1km away from the wuzhen tourist attraction point. The owner is very helpful and kind. Since we are foreigners, we couldnt order the chuan chuan sticks and taxi, the owner helped us to place order. Place is super clean, hygienic and quiet. Suitable for relaxing and revitalizing oneself. Overall I am satisfied and highly recommend this place. Thank you for the welcome dumpling. Wish you happy and prosperous

The hotel is in a relatively secluded location, and it is very convenient to go to Wuzhen scenic area. The room is clean and sanitary, the wooden furniture is very tasteful, and there is a small pavilion behind the hotel. It is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

民宿周邊環境好，距離烏鎮西柵大門很近，房間大，乾淨整潔，空調冷氣足。老闆娘很漂亮而且熱情，親自到景區門口接我們。如果去烏鎮西柵住宿，千萬不要錯過烏鎮眾悦民宿。

停車比較方便，地下一層可以直達樓上，小區很大很新，但是周邊目前衹有肯德基和蘭州拉麪，小超市過年也關門了，衹能點餓了麼或者出去吃。 兩個房間很大，4個人足夠住，設施也新，確實衹提供了洗髮水，建議可以補充護髮素和沐浴露。因為是電熱水器，第一晚洗了一半水温不行了，等了很久才從11°燒到25°，當晚也幫忙聯繫了物業，物業表示冬天是這個樣子的，最後沒有辦法衹能第二天起來才洗。第二晚就還可以，包括洗手和廚房的水都可以起碼是温水，不知道是不是白天有人維修了。 陽台配備了洗衣機和清潔劑，晾衣架，洗衣液，柔順劑，挺好的，但是洗完了發現漏水，陽台上全是水，拖把也不能用，建議修一下，更換下拖把。 其他都挺好的，離景區也不遠，打個車起步價就到了，希望店家以後越來越好喲！

Comfy and clean hotel. walking distance to attractions. very friendly and helpful staff, and taking beyond thier duty in helping my laundry (for free)!

The homestead location is just perfect for both attractions, Donhzha and Xizha. Both are within walking distance. In addition, there are many restaurants and convenient shops you can choose from at the main road which is just few steps away. The environment is nice and quiet despite the location is near to the shopping road. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Provide any tourist information as required. The room standard will not disappoint you.

Wuzhen is not a big place, and there are hotels everywhere. I booked 3 rooms in the 205 room I saw on Ctrip. When I arrived, I saw that the interior decoration of the room was pretty good. The room was not big, very clean, and very poetic. For those who want to book a hotel. Take a picture for reference. The environmental sanitation is good. The street outside the hotel is full of restaurants.

An amazing location, fantastic service, the owner and her mother were extremely helpful and friendly, took us by car to the ticket office and entrance to wuzhen. Breakfast was well provided for Asian taste , suggest the have some milk for morning tea for the odd westerner like me staying, but it's not a big deal Coffee shop inside the boutique motel rather than a home stay. We will stay here again, I hope they visit us in new Zealand..
