我們訂的是家庭房，房間乾淨整潔，提前一晚，管家會提前聯繫，到景區以後會陪伴至酒店，詳細講解烏鎮的玩法，對烏鎮西柵有一個初步的瞭解，離店的時候還會有送站服務，微信24小時隨時在線，有問必答，超級耐心，管家小黨着重表揚，小黨同學讓我們有了回家的感覺，熱情而不張揚，温柔而不失表達，在烏鎮西柵游完的時間雖然短暫，但是留下了美好的記憶，春來江水綠如藍，怎不憶江南。酒店的早餐也特別好吃，但是餐廳的服務生感覺不是很熱情。可能是早上還沒有完全的甦醒吧，但是美食還是不錯的。

前一天主動與我確認行程，幫我升級房間，提早溝通好後，小史美女提前在門口迎接我，幫我和朋友安排好房間，最讓我感受深刻的是，第二天離開時小史美女盡然還能在一羣人中認出我，主動幫我免停車費，雖然可能費用並不多，但這份對於客人心意和暖心的服務讓我對通安很滿意，烏鎮已經來過很多次，但這次的感受讓我更喜歡通安，更喜歡烏鎮，下一次來繼續預訂通安。

Stayed here from Dec 8- 9 in a river balcony loft in building A. Overall very pleased with the cleanliness and convenience of this hotel. It's located 5 mins from park entrance making re-entry very easy. We used the re-entry perk for costume rental shopping to save a few grand. Seeing the gondola rides passing outside the balcony at night was a pleasant scene.
