"We stayed in building 13, and the guesthouse hosts, an uncle and auntie, were incredibly warm and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, they served us a bowl of hot soup. It was a cold day, and that soup not only warmed our stomachs but also our hearts. The auntie then showed us to our room, where our luggage was already waiting – amazing service! The next morning, the breakfast prepared by the uncle and auntie was so abundant and delicious! Even though we had already tried the local 'morning tea' specialties, we still couldn't resist finishing everything! The auntie even served a bowl of porridge and side dishes for my mom, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Before we left, the auntie also gave some small gifts to the two kids. The service was truly outstanding! We definitely want to go back if we get the chance! Building 13 it is!"

"The accommodation looks exactly like the photos — very clean with a beautiful view. I was lucky enough to watch the sunset right through my window. The bed was extremely comfortable; I really loved it. The female receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. As soon as I got off the car, she came to help carry my luggage without me even asking. The service was truly excellent — she was always ready to help with anything. The food was good and filling, and the overall hotel atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Everything about this place made me want to come back and relax here again. I will definitely return. This was a safe, cozy, and comforting solo trip. I have no regrets choosing to stay here as a reward for myself this year."

"We had the best experience at this lovely Wuzhen Muyan Muyu Courtyard. We got free upgrade to suite room with bath, a welcome gift as gesture of hospitality, and best overall, there was a really affordable costume rental shop right next to the hotel. No other word can explain how grateful and fulfilled we were staying at this hotel. Thank you owner."

"We chose this room type mainly because it allowed two friends to stay without disturbing each other, with one bed on each floor. I was pleasantly surprised to find a waterside patio downstairs, which I really liked. However, the chairs weren't great; it would be perfect if they could be replaced with outdoor sofas. Also, the large sofa downstairs wasn't very comfortable to sit on. The power outlet by the bed downstairs was a bit loose, so the charger wouldn't stay in. Everything else was perfect, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Our butler, Xiao Dang, was very responsible. He picked us up from the parking lot and took us to the hotel. After check-in, he showed us to our room and sent us a lot of information about local attractions. He answered all our questions, which made our trip very enjoyable. Thanks!"

"The room is great, and the location is excellent, right inside the Xizha scenic area. Staying at this hotel means you step out directly into the scenic area. When you're tired from exploring, it's a short walk back to the hotel to rest, which is very convenient. You can also take a free shuttle bus to the hotel, and the staff even personally pick you up and drop you off at the scenic area entrance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast is rich and satisfying, and the service attitude is excellent. Very good."

"I booked this room for my family. Xiaodang, our butler at Tong'an, helped us with an upgrade, and we ended up in a Tong'an King Room, which was excellent. The room had a charming, antique feel and was much more spacious than the one at Zhushui. My family was very pleased. It's just a few steps from the Water Market, which was super convenient. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Highly satisfied!"

"Service: This was my first time traveling on my birthday, and I chose Wangjinli in Wuzhen. I was planning to find a dessert shop in the scenic area to buy a birthday cake, but the hotel surprised me with one instead. So happy! I'm sure next year will bring good luck! Ambiance: The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore Xizha. When I opened the curtains in my room first thing in the morning, I was greeted by beautiful golden sunlight – so lovely! Wuzhen is a wonderful place, perfect for multiple visits. "The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and the environment was clean and tidy. The room attendants cleaned very promptly and their work was professional. The air conditioning and bathroom facilities were excellent. The hotel has a large underground parking lot, which is convenient for those traveling by car. It's also very close to the West Gate entrance of Wuzhen, about a ten-minute walk. Highly recommended for accommodation when visiting Wuzhen."

"Facilities: The hotel is quite new, and compared to other hotels within Wuzhen, I feel its facilities are very well-maintained. There are three buildings in total; Building 3 is a bit further away. Luckily, we were assigned to Building 1 this time, which made getting around very convenient. Service: Overall, the service was excellent. We ordered room service, and the staff paid great attention to details when delivering the food, such as providing utensils and later collecting the trays. My only minor dissatisfaction was with the book borrowing service. I borrowed a book around 2 PM during my stay, but it remained in an 'unconfirmed' status until I checked out the next day. I assume this was due to the large number of guests over the New Year's Day holiday, making it difficult for them to process everything. If that's the case, I'd suggest temporarily taking this service offline until they have the capacity to manage it. After all, being able to borrow and read books at the hotel is part of Wuzhen's literary theme."

"Zhaoming Shushe Hotel is a cultural theme hotel located within the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area. Its design style draws inspiration from the ancient Zhaoming Academy in Wuzhen, incorporating the cultural脉 of the Jiangnan water towns to create a cultural and leisurely, book-themed living space. This time, I booked a standard room which featured a two-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom layout. The two rooms are separate, ensuring privacy, and each has its own key card system, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel staff provided good service; the lobby personnel proactively offered luggage assistance. My only regret is that I didn't get to experience their morning tea service this time."
