訂房間前先電話諮詢相關問題，但全是語音錄音，儘管無法與服務人員溝通，但還是信認的選擇了該酒店，中午到達語音告知的停車場後，第一次在景區客服辦理入住，得知要下午三點右右房間才打掃完，讓先購票遊玩，門票8折優惠，可以選擇景區附近的酒店，不一定到預訂的酒店，公司旗下有20多家酒店，條件差不多，我們還是堅持按預訂酒店入住，講景區到酒店有免費專車接送，20多分鐘一趟，但現實情況等了近30分鐘都沒有，後來找到站牌電話聯繫後，近10分鐘才來車接到酒店並第二次辦理入住手續，然後工作人員又帶我們去馬路對面的另外一棟樓的前台，第三次辦理入住手續，才拿到房卡，早餐人多，環境差，預訂的酒店名稱，標準與實際情況出入較大，不知是那個環節出了問題，最後酒店承諾的免費停車，我們也衹有掃碼付款了20元停車費才能離開停車場。

很好，還給升了房型，房間很大，床很舒服，整個入住和在烏鎮的旅遊的物超所值，來烏鎮玩還是建議住烏鎮旗下的酒店或者民宿，因為一些配套的服務，整個行程比較省心
