A truly great experience!! Room was comfortable and housekeeping excellent. Well placed with a view of the Marina. The highlight of each morning of my 5 night stay was the Breakfast. Fantastic choice and everything well cooked and presented. The staff, particularly the trainees, were always friendly and obliging. I couldn't fault anything about the Breakfast at all. The situation of the Hotel was ideal for me but might not suit everyone as it was sited out of the Town. A beautiful beach was adjacent to the Hotel and even out of season there were a variety of Restaurants nearby. All staff, the Receptionists, Restaurant staff and Housekeeping were outstanding, always greeted me with a smile and very helpful.

Warm service, excellent location, large hotel, large suite area and large balcony. The facilities are slightly outdated, and the style of the rooms is obviously a decades-old hotel

Imagine you're going to a restaurant, you order the seafood platter, and what you're served is two shrimp on a plate. You then complain to the restaurant that the food you were served is not what was on the menu. the response you get from the manager is that they did not print the menu and therefore, it's not their fault and there is nothing they will do. You pay the full price for something you didn't order. Most people would be annoyed by that situation, and that's exactly what happened with our reservation and how Fabio, the duty manager, handled the situation. We booked a frontal sea view from Agoda, but what we got was a side sea view with a frontal view of the highway, and bushes. We were later told the room we booked didn't even exist and that it was Agodas fault. When we informed the staff and spoke to both the manager Fabio and his colleague, we were met with zero understanding, and no customer service, at all. Even the colleague giggled in front of my girlfriend when they were discussing the issue which lacks professionalism. Later when I addressed this, Fabio said: ”no, that's not true, I heard the conversion” - he was sitting in the back of the office and was not present. It was even mentioned that they would be able to help if the booking was made directly with them - even know they couldn't explain how. The manager, Fabio, was trying to explain that it wasn't his fault, explain how the booking process worked - repeatedly - while taking zero responsibility or at least trying to find a solution - instead we were met with ”it's not my fault” ”we can't do anything” ”you need to make a complaint with agoda”. Overall, he was not interested in finding a solution that worked for both of us. We didn't even recieve an apology. This situation could have been handled so much better if Fabio had any understanding of customer service, specifically within hospitality. We had a confirmed reservation, everything was booked and there had been a mistake between their partner and the hotel - this is in no way the customers fault. I've since read a review from a year ago of someone with a nearly identical experience. Do not stay at this hotel. They will scam you and offer zero hospitality.

Currently still here! Beautiful hotel, so spotlessly clean, modern rooms and great facilities. The Italian Restaurant is incredible - a huge shoutout to Carlos who made the evening even better with great service and recommendations. The food is stunning. A few things we feel would make it the 5* that it is - better food facilities (buffet) , more staff is an absolute must, to clear plates serve at the bar and keep things ticking over quickly and efficiently. More information needed at check in regarding restaurant bookings, the hotel and surrounding areas. The potential of this hotel is amazing just needs a little more effort. We are having a wonderful stay, the above is not a negative- just a few things that need adjusting to make this hotel a real 5*. Thank you again! Lauren & family

I would love to give this place a poor review to put people off going so I could keep it for myself but that would be doing the staff a real disservice. I can't fault this place at all- the place was spotless inside and out and the rooms were well equipped with fridge ,safe and air conditioning and lovely hot showers. The breakfast had something for everyone and changed each day. The staff are the real star of the show though and nothing is too much trouble. We mentioned we were looking for worry beads and the next thing we knew one of the waitresses at breakfast went across the street and brought back a selection for us to choose from and purchase from the shop opposite. Special mention to Ioanna who was so friendly and up for a laugh she really made our holiday. Great Central location but quiet with a lovely small pool and pool area. Can't wait to come back!

We have just stayed here for a week to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday, the hotel was so fresh, clean and very modern. The staff were very helpful and so friendly, they even gave us champagne and a cake on my husbands birthday. We had a deluxe sea view triple room and the view was absolutely stunning. If I had to say anything negative it would be to say there are no drawers for clothes, just shelves and a wardrobe, there was coffee cups and a kettle but no spoons, also just be careful when booking as not all rooms have balconies, some are very small so just double check if this is important to you. The pool area is beautiful and very peaceful and the bar food was delicious.

Good stay, but the apartments could be better, there were no curtains on the kitchen windows and slightly uncomfortable beds

Staff very friendly and always available. The rooms immaculate, comfy beds. Restaurant was excellent with a very good variety of food and not repeated in our 2 week holiday. Communal areas very bright and airy and plenty of space. Pool area was great. This was our second visit and we were a bit worried it may not be as good as before, however we would totally recommend and hope to visit again in the future.
