There is a construction site nearby the villa, please think twice before you book this villas as the fitting out work started from 8am and staff have nothing to do for this influence to us. The shower head was damaged and no conditioner was provided in room. Breakfast taste good and the private pool is clean. Insufficient manpower at reception, we had been disturbed by phone call or other customer during the face conversation with staff. The overall experience here is not good, we may have better choice with the same price in Bali.

The location is not good. Several drivers can't find the hotel. The positioning of google map is correct, but the maps used by drivers are usually wrong. One night I walked back to the hotel. When we came to the corner, a few big wild dogs rushed out to fight, scaring us to stop immediately. If we were afraid, it would be better to take a taxi. The decoration facilities are a bit old, the swimming pool is large, the garden is comfortable, and the large toilets are large, but it is uncomfortable. The price of a private swimming pool is also high.

We are very pleased to be in this place. very cozy small courtyard with a swimming pool, lots of plants. the staff was super friendly and helped in any questions. We had a deluxe room - a kitchen-living room and a separate closed bedroom with air conditioner. Please note that the kitchen-living room has open areas and you are always in the fresh air and you have your own mini-garden with stones and plants right in the kitchen)) it was a wonderful experience. Of course, sometimes spiders and ants came to us, but you are in Bali and this is ok🤣 There were always clean towels and linen, the cleaning was excellent. The kitchen was clean, basic utensils were provided. For management: it is good to put some more stones in the backyard (behind sofa)and paint the wall there. Thank you. Hope we will come back again next year

The villa was as depicted in the photos. For starters it was magical. A very private place to enjoy with comfort and safety. The place was kept clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The floating breakfast was indeed an experience. Food was decent and abundant as well. We stayed there for four nights and we enjoyed every part of it. They also had a nice big tv with Netflix, prime, you tube etc for those rainy nights.

We recently spent 7 nights in Villa 1 as a family of 4. We found our Villa amazing with a great layout although the bedrooms are quite apart so would not be ideal if you had really young children. All the Villas are separate and different layouts, decor ect. This is about Villa 1. If you look on the website it is the white open plan style Villa. Everything we needed was available for a great family holiday. The location of this Villa is amazing with fantastic restaurants very close by. About a 5 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and a further 10 minute stroll along the beach to the famous beach beanbags. The staff were amazing. Our Villa was cleaned every day. We felt safe, secure and welcome throughout our whole stay.
