"The hotel corridors are incredibly long; it felt like forever to reach my room. The hotel is conveniently located within a mall, with a supermarket downstairs for groceries. I was assigned a connecting room, and the guests next door were playing loud music at 12 AM. I could hear it perfectly from my room and even the hallway. I strongly advise against connecting rooms with strangers, as the doors have gaps that let sound pass through, and you can even see into the next room through the cracks. However, the hotel staff were excellent; they were willing, prompt, and proactive in resolving the issue."

"I loved the heritage king suite room, it was such a big room with a lovely view from the kuta beach. It’s a good location but only sometimes i can hear very loud noise from the bar next door, obviously not the hotel’s fault but if you bringing a baby just consider it more. All the stuff is so lovely and helpful. 🫶"

"The room is clean and a non-smoking area. However, the main issue is the staff’s attitude, especially the large Chinese receptionist, who had a kind of annoying expression. They asked for a deposit. I didn’t have any cash in rupiah, so I offered to pay in dollars, but he refused. He then tried to take my ID as proof and hold onto it. I said no and offered my driver’s licence instead, but he refused again, saying it was expired. I even offered to transfer the money using BCA banking, and he still refused. So I had to look for the nearest ATM at 11 PM, almost midnight?! In the end, he took my driver’s licence with an annoying expression on his face."

They wouldn’t change our rooms and the booking was non-refundable… getting new towels took about two hours. I will not be booking again with Dikubu"

The paths are carefully paved with stone, and the air is incredibly fresh and clean. The atmosphere is one of absolute tranquility. Only the natural sounds of nature can be heard here: rustling leaves, tropical birdsong, and the chirping of cicadas. A true paradise for the mind and soul. A huge thank you to the staff for their genuine Balinese hospitality and care. We will definitely return here again for a dose of inspiration and peace! We highly recommend it."
