The location is truly a big plus, being very close to Kuta Beach, shopping centers, restaurants, and various tourist destinations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had sufficient amenities for resting after a day of activities. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel's cleanliness was well-maintained. The breakfast also offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The rooftop area with the pool became one of our favorites as it offered a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Overall, our stay at Kutabex Hotel was very satisfying and offered great value for money. Thank you to the entire team for the service provided. "A luxurious place! Newly renovated, clean! Beautiful inside, very friendly hosts and neighbors. The grounds are gated. The room is newly renovated, conveniently located if you're traveling by bike or taxi. Walking distance isn't ideal, but it's a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and ATM. I definitely recommend it! You'll relax your mind and eyes!"

"We (myself, my husband, daughter, son, brothers, sister in laws and nieces) made Grand Ixora our family home while adventuring in Kuta for 10 nights and more. We loved everything about this very cosy, comfortable and beautiful hotel. From morning to night every single day, we were greeted with friendly smiles from every area of the hotel - from the restaurant staff to the reception staff to the pool and bar staff to the parking and security staff to the room cleaning and gardening staff. The food at breakfast buffet was varied and very yummy. The room was super clean and aircond was super cold at its minimum setting. The pool (and its lush gardens) is a nice place to relax in the morning or after a day out, complete, with balinese music and calming waterfall feature in the background. Location wise, it was central to our shopping and entertainment needs. Close within walking distance to 3 different malls, to massage and beauty places, to street shops, to 2 different padel courts, to countless restaurants and bars, to Waterbom Park, to airport. Overall, we are very happy with our family stay here, and we will definitely be back many times again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Grand Ixora! 🙂💕"

The breakfast spread was decent, with a good variety to start the day. "Very quiet and private area. You get to see the locals way of living when you get to the Villa. You pass by local homes, roosters, old people chilling at their balcony before you reach the Villa, safe and quiet area. Many nice eateries nearby, mini pool. Not sound proof room so be mindful of your noise. People can hear you next door. Smelly towel on my first day, seemed like not dried properly but succeeding days were ok. Woke up with a lot of dead black ants on my 2nd day, staff were helpful to rectify the issue by spraying anti bug spray. Still have few black ants on following days. Overall clean room, good breakfast but not much selection. Hair blower not strong enough to dry hair, wifi super weak. I need to use my own data."
