The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport, and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping centers. The hotel rooms are large and well-equipped. The staff is very good and will help with problems. The hotel decoration is a little old. The room service bath towels are in poor condition and have unpleasant obvious stains.

An Amazing Stay – One of My Favorite Hotels in Bali Overall, this hotel delivered on every aspect that mattered to me—warm and genuine hospitality, an excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, thoughtful sustainability practices, and a location that's close to everything without feeling overly crowded. I stayed here for a week for work, and by the end of my trip, I honestly didn't want to leave. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Satya, who escorted us to our rooms after a long and tiring flight. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, the team kindly prepared one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and get some rest while waiting for the others. It was a small gesture that made a huge difference after traveling. Breakfast One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because so many reviews praised the breakfast, and now I completely understand why. Breakfast became one of the highlights of my stay. There was plenty of variety every morning, from freshly cooked eggs to delicious local Indonesian dishes. I also appreciated that breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, which is quite common in Bali and perfect if you've had a late night or arrived early from a flight. In our case, we were able to enjoy breakfast before our rooms were ready. The breakfast team was incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay. A few favorites that I looked forward to every morning: The fresh acai bowl The turmeric wellness shot Great coffee selections, from espresso to café mocha Everything was fresh, plentiful, and a great way to start a busy day. The lagoon pool looked beautiful, although I wasn't able to use it because it closes at 7:00 PM. Thankfully, the rooftop pool stays open until 10:00 PM, and I managed to enjoy a relaxing evening swim. The water was warm, and the atmosphere was peaceful after a full day of work. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel's sustainable design. Only the guest rooms are air-conditioned, while the hallways and common areas are naturally ventilated. It keeps the rooms comfortable while reducing unnecessary energy use—a thoughtful approach that I hope more hotels adopt. For me, this location was much better than staying along Sunset Road. It felt more local while still being incredibly convenient. Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find: Two convenience stores Plenty of affordable massage and spa options A shopping mall Kuta Beach Getting around was also easy with Grab and Gojek available whenever we needed them. Room Service Room service deserves a mention because it was impressively fast. Every request arrived much quicker than I expected.

stayed there for 10 days, i like the concept of the room, breakfast was good too, staff are very nice, location close from anywhere, just the ac at the room i staying in a little bit weak and this is kinda family hotel so always busy and but noisy sometimes you can hear ppl beside your room etc, but overall ok for the price

Yuda is very good ，Absolutely loved our stay at this villa in Kuta! The private pool was a dream – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off after a day out. The service was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They even let us store our luggage for free after check-out, which made our last day so much more relaxing without dragging bags around. Location-wise, it couldn't be better – just a short stroll to the heart of Kuta with all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. And the airport is only a 10-minute drive away, which was a huge bonus for our early morning flight. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value. We'll definitely be back!

In general, the room is clean and comfortable. The garbage on the territory is rarely cleaned, the declared breakfast is one name (bread with toaster, a pair of jams and coffee, all cooking cook yourself). In the yard a meter per meter cage with a dog... staff is not very communicable, not customer-oriented.

Just in front of the airport, the hotel's waiter service is also very good, can't believe it is 149, winning a lot of big hotels, the room is big, there is a living room, it is very clean, it is suitable for the next day to go to the airport.
