The hotel's location is fantastic! Right downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, and ordering takeout is super easy. The beach is also just about a 10-minute walk away! The room is a bit small, but very clean. Considering the location and price, it offers good value for money! For budget travelers looking to stay in the Kuta area, this is a great option!

Staff were great. Everybody is really polite and helpful. For one night, the price is really feasible. We stayed here due to its location to the airport, but you need to take a taxi to get there. The ride is around 5 min, and 35 min if you choose to walk. You can call the driver from Grab and the cheapest option is about 140000 Rupiahs. Our biggest recommendation is for hygiene. There is a need to renew (not wash) some of the items such as towels and bed sheets.

the hotel owner should really upgrade the infrastructure bcz the hard-working and kind staffs deserves more than this！I had a early morning flight and the staff at front desk for night shift walked me and help with the luggage to the front door，and he even thoughtfully waited with me for my taxi because theres a drunk white guy lying outside. I booked it for only one night. Great location for surfing and the resto outside taste great！initially i got a room without windows and the aircon sounds so loud that i had to go back to the frontdesk and the staff kindly helped me change to another one much better. but generally the hallways smells damp. so owner of this hotel，you should really listen to your customer‘s advice

Honest review of Truntum Kuta (formerly Grand Inna Kuta) I stayed at Truntum Kuta recently and while the location is unbeatable (right on Kuta Beach) the hotel is clearly showing its age and could really benefit from a major renovation soon to keep up with newer competitors nearby. The positives: • The rooms are quite clean and surprisingly quite spacious. • Good size for relaxing or even light work. Areas that need attention: • The air conditioning is old and struggled at times. It was just adequate on good days but would randomly stop cooling properly, which was uncomfortable in the Bali heat. • Overall, the property feels dated. Furniture, fixtures, and some common areas look tired and would benefit from an update. If you’re mainly looking for a prime beachfront spot in central Kuta and don’t mind older facilities, this could still work, especially if you get a good rate. But for the same price range, there are fresher options around that might offer better comfort. Hope management invests in refreshing the place — it has great potential given its fantastic location!

This was my first trip to Bali, so I was hesitant to book a hotel in a secluded area. I opted for a hotel in the bustling district instead, and it was a great choice. The area around the hotel is very lively, with plenty of restaurants along the street, a convenience store right across the road, and several souvenir shops to browse. It was incredibly convenient. As for the room and hotel facilities, I truly believe it's a rare find to get such an affordable and convenient place. The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially when my airport transfer service stood me up on my departure day. The staff were incredibly helpful, spending a long time communicating with the customer service for my booked transfer. They even helped me find a new car, ensuring I made my flight. I'm truly grateful to them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, but do be careful with airport transfer services, as they sometimes mistake the address for a different location.

The hotel is spacious, cool, and comfortable, with great service and facilities. The room is large with a balcony, and also very comfortable. It has a vintage modern vibe. It's only about a 12-minute drive to the airport, and the location is strategic.

Overall, I rated this hotel as Good. But there are some minor points that needs improvements. I dont know the intentions of the owner. Let me put it this way, if you already have full focus on maintenance and renewal of some airconditioners, then is ok. Because I cant stand the noisy airco's. By the way, the thermostat knob was already broken. The staff are very friendly en service minded. I do give positive criticism for you to improve. If you dont want to improve is also fine. The trash bin in toilet at Ground floor (close to reception), see photo, you need to bend over and open the lid to put something in there, is too much work and your hands will become dirty again when you touch that lid. Then the breakfast: You get what you paid for, yes I understand. A slightly minor comment: Make the closing (10 am) a smooth closing, dont rushing into it, customers are not awake yet. Im getting nervous when personel are clearly making cleaning noises. Overall it is a good hotel. Keep on going make things pretty and sturdy. Terima kasih. Freddy.

beyond expectations 🤍 Everything about this hotel was exceptional, especially considering the price range compared to other hotels in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. The service was outstanding in every detail. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent, and the whole hotel had a clean, relaxing atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had such peaceful sleep every night. The breakfast was easily 10/10 😍 Great variety, fresh food every day, delicious options for both adults and children, and everything was presented beautifully. Even the coffee and juices were excellent. The pool area was amazing ,clean, relaxing, and perfect for families. The hotel is also very family-friendly overall, with such a safe and comfortable environment for children. The staff were incredibly sweet and caring with kids, which made the experience even better for our family. The location is also perfect: close to everything in Kuta while still feeling peaceful and quiet inside the hotel. Honestly, compared to other hotels in the same price range around the area, Bintang Kuta deserves a true 10/10 Outstanding rating. It genuinely feels like a much more expensive hotel because of the quality of service, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. You can clearly feel that the management and staff truly care about the guests and work with passion and professionalism. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation 🌟

This was my third stay at Aryaduta Bali, and I can confidently say that I absolutely love this hotel. In fact, I’ll be returning again at the end of August for my fourth stay, which speaks volumes about how much I enjoy being here. One of the things I love most about the property is its spaciousness. The rooms are generously sized, and the bathroom is exceptionally spacious, making every stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The room itself has a very calm, zen-like atmosphere that instantly helps you unwind after a day out. The location in Kuta is another huge advantage. There is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and conveniences nearby, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful retreat when you return to the hotel. A special mention goes to the reception team, who are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. During this stay, I was travelling alone, and the staff kindly offered to assist me with my luggage, which I truly appreciated. Their hospitality consistently makes guests feel valued and cared for. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The room was cleaned promptly each day, and all amenities were replenished without fail. It is clear that the team pays great attention to guest comfort and detail. I also adore the hotel’s facilities, especially the beautiful pool area. The gardens, daybeds, and thoughtfully designed spaces around the property create a serene and relaxing environment. Everything feels carefully planned to provide guests with a sense of calm and escape. Breakfast was enjoyable as well. The cheesy omelette was one of my favourites, and the Indomie was absolutely delicious. A big shout-out to the chefs for preparing such satisfying dishes every morning. Overall, Aryaduta Bali has become one of my favourite hotels, and every stay has been a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and consistency.
