Windey- superstar waitress, always smiling, and super nice, honestly best service from this young lady. Made being a solo traveller (female) comfortable in the restaurant and bar area.
Stayed here a few times now, location is perfect for those ladies travelling alone.
Hotel is clean and service was great as usual.
We had a great 5-day stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff were efficient, and the housekeeping team was very thoughtful and often leaving cute, creative notes that made our stay extra special.
The restaurant was also good, with a nice buffet selection. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
Overall, the staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights, and while we had some challenges, the staff made a huge difference.
The Good:
• Mr. Deta: A massive thank you to Mr. Deta for his incredible hospitality. He was so friendly and supportive throughout our entire stay!
• The Rooftop: The absolute highlight. It’s a fantastic place to chill, grab a drink, and enjoy the atmosphere.
The Not-So-Good:
• The Facilities: The gym is very small—fine for a quick stretch, but not much else.
• Weather/Maintenance: It rained almost every day, and unfortunately, rainwater leaked through our window and onto the floor. It made the room quite uncomfortable for a while.
The Recovery:
The hotel team was professional about the leak. They moved us to a different room for our final night, which we really appreciated.
Summary: A great spot for the social vibe and the service, but the building could use some maintenance to handle the heavy rain better!
Cleaner then most I’ve seen.
The staff are amazing & so kind.
Myself & 2 friends booked this hotel last minute after arriving to our previous hotel that was in a horrible state.
Paradiso luckily had 2 last rooms and allowed us to check in a little earlier so we didn’t need to stay longer at the first hotel.
Rooms were always cleaned & maintained well.
The bar & pool area is such a good vibe & service is very good, so friendly & always up for a chat.
Great price. Definitely will be my good to hotel from now on. The food & drink menu is amazing & well priced.
Housekeeping was done daily, and the bed sheets and bath towels were changed even without request. Breakfast was acceptable, although the same menu was repeated throughout our 7-day stay 😄. The location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, and it’s about a 9-minute walk to the beach.
Exceptional service and perfect location!
”I can't recommend this hotel enough. The quality of the rooms and facilities is top-notch, but the people are the real stars. The cleaning staff were especially amazing—so thorough and friendly! We also loved the breakfast spread every morning. It’s in a great spot for exploring Legian on foot. Definitely will be back!”
The hotel left me with mixed feelings. It has a good location, spacious rooms, daily cleaning, a warm and clean rooftop pool, and friendly staff. However, the hotel, in general, is in serious need of renovation. Everything in the rooms is very old and flimsy; doors close poorly (balcony doors didn't close at all), and all the plumbing is very worn out, with the toilet leaking. Another major downside was the simply awful Wi-Fi that barely worked. By the way, it's better to book rooms with a pool or garden view; those advertised as ocean view are actually overlooking a neighboring dump, even on the higher floors. So far, of all the places I've stayed in Bali, this is the weakest, and it wasn't even particularly cheap. I wouldn't stay here again.
Great location and friendly staff. We stayed here after arriving in Bali at night, before checking into a villa the next day - we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room on arrival. The only downside was that the bed was quite hard - but very common in Asia, so not neccesarily hotel specific, as the first night sleep is always the hardest. They were happy to look after our luggage and our friend's luggage who met us the next morning before we could check into our villa. Breakfast was nice too.
The staff are extremely friendly, the restaurant has very good food. The beds/pillows were comfortable, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony looking on the pool was comfortable with lots of room. This was an excellent place for the price we enjoyed our stay very much.
The location is close to the beach and there are plenty of stores/restaurants/cafes etc very close fir everything we needed.
The hotel is clean, but the room is small and the noise of motorcycles on the roadside is a bit noisy. Maybe the rooms inside are better. Breakfast is ordered, and drinks and a few breads are self-service.
It is close to Kuta Beach, about 12-15 minutes walk, but Kuta Beach is heavily commercialized and suitable for surfing beginners.
The overall feeling is not as high as the rating!

TTravelAuditorThe Trip.com app in Russian presents an incorrect and misleading description of the rooms. In reality, a villa with two or three bedrooms is rented, but the listing claims it’s a 25 m² room with one or two king-size beds. This description is inaccurate and creates a false impression of the accommodation format.
The villa itself is decorated in a Greco-Roman style and is pleasant to stay in. However, in the living area, there is a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the sink, resembling the smell of a fecal septic tank. Most of the air conditioners operate quietly, but in the first bedroom, the unit started making noise as early as the third day.
The water in the pool is maintained at a comfortable 30–31 °C, but it’s important to note that chlorine is added — a critical detail for guests with allergies. The kitchen has no towels at all. In the bathroom, the liquid soap dispenser is broken, and the hose of the bidet spray releases water with a foul smell. There are dishes available, but no deep bowls — only flat plates.
During our stay (4 nights / 5 days), it rained only once and briefly, which was fortunate: the noise of raindrops hitting the roof is very loud and can interfere with sleep in rainy weather.
Overall, the villa left a positive impression. I hope the owner takes the above comments into account and resolves the identified issues.
GGeorge HatsiGiven that the location was in a quiet street with shops nearby, the staff were friendly and helpful plus the rooms were clean and well kept then I feel the overall experience was very good. On the downside, there is no elevator and my room had neither a fridge nor a kettle. Nevertheless the price was good and the family vibe was welcoming.
NNztianminicely setup 2 story apartment, clearness ok just showing its age. Lots of paint crack/peeling, leaking shower head etc.
Location pros: close to main street with spa, restaurants, cafes, cons: very noisy at night.
BBaiseyueya-It's OK, the room is a bit damp and there's no sunlight, the food is very affordable, especially the ice cream, which is large in quantity and delicious, but the food is slow to come out.
GGuest UserStrategic & economical but comfortable villa. The staff serves well. When there is a problem with the air conditioner that is not cold, the technician is brought & the air conditioner is replaced.
Welldone Villa Raka, surely we will comeback
RRomanThe hotel is not fresh but it contains everything in order. Pool, cleaning, breakfast, surf instructor, rental - everything you need. The only cock: requested a transfer from the airport through trip.com because they arrived at midnight, confirmed; before departure asked again, confirmed; on the road contacted Watsapp on the number specified on trip.com, transferred to another number; On another number in Wattsap replied - contact us through Bucking; wrote that booked through trip.com and can't contact through Bucking, zero emotions; do not answer; arrived, no one naturally meets, the phone specified for communication does not answer. As a result, I had to change a little money at the airport quickly and take a expensive taxi. Well such a ...
ZZozo AngeloTrès bruyant , et cher pour passer une nuit à entendre les moteurs de voitures et motos faire vibrer toute la chambre...
Personnel très sympathique par contre
