Will come back! Hotel staff are accomodating and helped resolve our concerns during our stay like requesting extra towels, and leaking water from the airconditioner. Breakfast has a wide selection and diverse options everyday. Although cleanliness could be better, as there's a lot of stains on the bath towels, flying insects/mosquitos in the room (but manageable), but this is expected due to the cheap price per night.. Would recommend for those in a budget and accessible to malls, restos and beach clubs.

We had a pleasant stay at Luminor Hotel Legian Seminyak. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel also offers convenient services such as motorbike rental and spa facilities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, although the nasi goreng was a bit dry and could be improved. The main issue during our stay was the elevator. Only one lift was operating, which caused long waiting times, especially during peak hours. This was quite inconvenient, and the hotel should prioritize fixing or maintaining the second elevator to improve the guest experience. Overall, the service was excellent, the facilities were good, and the location was fantastic. With the elevator issue resolved, this hotel would be an even better place to stay. We would consider coming back in the future.

Overall, it's great 😎! The bunk bed (upper bunk) was just right, offering a private space, though a bit narrow. The bed itself was very comfortable. The space only had Indonesian power outlets, and a small mirror was provided. The soundproofing was a bit poor, so light sleepers might want to reconsider. The shared bathrooms for men and women had no air conditioning, so they tended to be humid and stuffy. However, they did come with a hairdryer and shower gel. There's a coffee shop on the ground floor and a bar on the rooftop in the evenings!

The hotel staff are friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist with guests' every need. The facilities are comprehensive, ranging from a swimming pool and children's play area to a restaurant with a diverse menu. The hotel environment is also well-maintained, safe, and provides a comfortable atmosphere for families. The cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and public areas is impeccably maintained, which is a crucial factor for a family hotel. The breakfast offered is quite varied and delicious. The hotel's location is also strategic, making it easy to access various places. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for families looking for a clean, comfortable, child-friendly hotel with excellent service. We will definitely return to stay here again next time. ❤️🏨👨👩👧👦

The location is great, also Andika Ok are nice and patient, one day we need to go out early they prepared breakfast box for us, nice service!!

The room itself was small, but clean. However, the toilet was tiny and not part of the main wall structure, so it quickly developed an odor when used.

The room was spacious, and although it was a shame there was no balcony option, it had a window (no view) so ventilation was good. The water pressure on the 3rd floor was low, making showering quite inconvenient. The pool water quality needs improvement. The room itself was pleasant, and the location was good.

Every year during the school holidays, I stay here. The facilities are great, the staff are friendly, and the price is affordable. Next time I'm in Bali, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room is clean and a non-smoking area. However, the main issue is the staff’s attitude, especially the large Chinese receptionist, who had a kind of annoying expression. They asked for a deposit. I didn’t have any cash in rupiah, so I offered to pay in dollars, but he refused. He then tried to take my ID as proof and hold onto it. I said no and offered my driver’s licence instead, but he refused again, saying it was expired. I even offered to transfer the money using BCA banking, and he still refused. So I had to look for the nearest ATM at 11 PM, almost midnight?! In the end, he took my driver’s licence with an annoying expression on his face.

I had a fantastic stay at Berry Biz Hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staffs were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!
