Stayed at Singaraja Hotel with my family. The cleanliness is outstanding—everything was spotless. The location is convenient, though not right in the bustling center. Staff were polite and helpful, service was good. Amenities are basic, could use some updates. Overall, a decent choice for families, especially for its cleanliness. （和家人入住了辛加拉贾酒店。清洁程度堪称一流，所有地方都一尘不染。位置很便利，虽说不是在热闹的市中心。员工有礼貌且乐于助人，服务不错。设施比较基础，有待更新。总体而言，对家庭出游来说是个不错的选择，尤其在清洁方面表现突出 ）

A cozy hotel, great location overlooking the rice terraces, easy access to the hotel! Wonderful, friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is delicious and beautiful! Like the hotel itself, everything is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The room is fine, but mold or something similar is already forming in the shower area due to moisture, and there's a slight odor in the bathroom. The room itself and the balcony are beautiful. After posting the views from our room on Instagram, I received a ton of questions about where this beauty is. Overall, I loved it – I can recommend it.

The hotel is super! It's a 10-minute walk to Sekumpul Waterfall. The views are excellent, the room is clean and spacious, and the hosts were incredibly positive and helped with everything. Plus, they give you a badge, so guides don't bother you at the waterfall entrance, and you can just buy an entrance ticket for 30k.

A wonderful hotel for those who want to immerse themselves in nature! Minimal staff and people! We are vegetarians, so we weren't able to try all the hotel cuisine, but what we did eat was 5-star quality! We stayed on the first floor in a room with a pool overlooking the ocean. The room was incredibly unique! 👍🏼 The space is beautifully divided! A few nuances: • If you want to take a bath, be prepared for there to be no hot water, and you'll have to wait about 2 hours for it to heat up. • If you order room service, you'll be charged upon checkout for both room service and dish collection. We weren't warned, and this was an unpleasant surprise. It's not a significant amount, just a fact. • The beach is shared, rocky and a bit dirty in places, so I don't know if you'll be able to swim comfortably in the ocean. We didn't swim because there were big waves. Otherwise, everything was great! Have a great vacation!

What stood out was the warm hospitality from the staff who were always genuinely helpful and attentive despite our short stay, even when we checked in at 8pm. The location was tranquil but seemed to draw a more European crowd who brought young kids. There was a surf/dive school which offered snorkels for rent. Food taste was regular even for Indonesian food and was a bit on the pricey end for smaller quantities. We had to buy our own toothbrush and toothpaste from the boutique. Transport in and out of the resort was limited to local drivers who offered transport services.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The price-to-quality ratio is incredibly good, almost unbelievable. It deserves a 10-star rating. Here are its advantages: 1) Very quiet area. I slept like a baby here; no discos, music, or noise whatsoever. 2) Very clean and high-quality housekeeping. Towels were changed daily, cleaning was thorough, and there was a pleasant scent of cleanliness and cleaning products. The air conditioning worked well. 3) Extremely friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming and eager to help. 4) Excellent private grounds. The area is beautiful, with direct access to the beach (though swimming can be difficult due to rocks). It's wonderful just to admire the ocean. 5) Low occupancy. The hotel only has 16 rooms (if Google is to be believed), and sometimes it felt like we were the only ones there. It was very quiet and pleasant. Huge respect and appreciation to all the staff! I will recommend this hotel to everyone!

The room at first glance was clean, clean paste and towels, but dust on shelves and tables. Also we were surprised by the absence of a sub-coat, gave merely a blanket, it was clean and new, but the sub-coat staff said they didn't have 😅 We stayed for 1 night. There was no hot water, it was barely warm but the bathroom was beautiful)) The hotel itself is new and aesthetic, the view from the room to the mountains
