Stayed at Singaraja Hotel with my family. The cleanliness is outstanding—everything was spotless. The location is convenient, though not right in the bustling center. Staff were polite and helpful, service was good. Amenities are basic, could use some updates. Overall, a decent choice for families, especially for its cleanliness. （和家人入住了辛加拉贾酒店。清洁程度堪称一流，所有地方都一尘不染。位置很便利，虽说不是在热闹的市中心。员工有礼貌且乐于助人，服务不错。设施比较基础，有待更新。总体而言，对家庭出游来说是个不错的选择，尤其在清洁方面表现突出 ）

[ Professionals who welcome you like a real friend ] My stay at Sanglung Villa in Bali was absolutely flawless. The villa itself is of incredibly high quality, but what truly stole my heart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. It was wonderful to see how the local staff from the village worked together like a close-knit family, yet maintained an incredibly high level of professionalism and systematic efficiency. They operate like a well-oiled machine while keeping a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially want to give a massive shoutout to “Anggreni”—management absolutely needs to recognize what an invaluable asset she is to this property. Even though her shift officially ends at 10 PM, I personally saw her working well past 11 PM, going completely above and beyond to look after the guests with unmatched attentiveness. Her professional mindset, pure dedication, and genuine human-to-human kindness left me in absolute awe. It wasn't just good service; it was inspiring passion. Thank you to Anggreni and the entire Sanglung Villa team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back!

Good hotel, very clean with polite staff. The pool is great, and the TV has working Netflix. We checked in late, but they still welcomed us and provided food. It's also just a 10-minute drive from the waterfall entrance.

Номер просторный как на фото. Стоит два домика и вокруг никого, только природа, слышен легкий звук воды издали. Все чисто красиво, новое, просторно, хозие выходит на связь по вотсап. Обязательно едьте по метке на Гугл картах возле (Sekumpul Accommodation). Потому что на картах есть метка отеля в другом месте (куда мы изначально приехали) и там не было отеля. И только потом поехали в сторону Sekumpul Accommodation, где уже находится отель Внизу есть парковка. Чтобы получить бейджики для бесплатного прохода на водопад нужно написать владельцу и сходить за ними до ресторана (он в 1 минуте ходьбы Sekumpul Accommodation), мы взяли бейджи заранее в день приезда где то в 20:30, чтобы отправиться на водопад на рассвете. -Нет зубных щеток, это было удивлением. -Не понял разницы между номерами с видом на горы. Дома идентичны. Горы с окна не видно (там деревья), их видно если открыть двери В любом случае рекомендую, все было отлично

There was no hot water, it was barely warm but the bathroom was beautiful)) The hotel itself is new and aesthetic, the view from the room to the mountains

Photoallowed the whole road, quality of photos bomb! I didn't keep the phone in my hands at all. After returning to the gest, there was a taste of coffee and tea free, the pleasant varieties can be bought at once from them. But prices are naturally higher than in shops, much, but they say everything is natural... believe) Quite a great man! Never regretted going with him. Ничего плохо сказать не могу. Шикарный вид из кафе на крыше. Завтрак - тосты и омлет, чай кофе. Доброжелательный персонал. Красивая территория. Дорога на гугл мэп показывает дорогу по которой не проехать никак. Местные помогли сориентироваться и доехать. Отель рекомендую на 1-2 ночи для посещения окрестностей и водапада Семикруль. Недалеко есть варунг Spice, вкусно.

Отлично место для тех кто приехал на водопад. Хозяева очень гостеприимны и проводят целые церемонии за приемом пищи и по желанию показывают местные достопримечательности. Нам все понравилось 👍
