The location is just in front of the beach but NO CONNECTION to the beach, there is a swimming pool but no "relaxing" place around it (no sunbeds): be careful that if you want to chill on a sunbed and have a relaxed time, well it is not possible unless you go to the public area on the beach which is full of highly "demanding" vendors that never leave you alone. I had to pay the hotel next door to use their swimming pool and sunbeds. It is a place to stay at night, not to chill in the hotel. There are no windows in rooms, no view on outside. Still the staff is nice, and despite the humidity and smells in the hotel, it quite clean.

The location of the hotel is good, but there is a lot of traffic jam. Breakfast is okay. They charged for dirty blanket.

Misinformation or not enough information has provided online by the owner of this hotel . Rooms has no windows and noise of ac machine is everywhere. Don’t be tricked by beautiful pictures of sea 🙅♂️

It's a standard hotel. It's just located in front of Kuta beach. For a few days' holiday, it's OK. According to the price.

There is a window, but it doesn't connect to the outside, so it's essentially a windowless room. The sheets were never changed for 5 nights.
There were also three cockroaches. There was no hair dryer in the room, so when I went to the front desk to ask for one, they said they didn't have one.

All rooms are in the basement. No windows, rooms are mouldy. It’s a bar when you enter the hotel. Not ideal staying with family. Staff are very friendly but they can’t do much to comfort you.
