Great
GGuest UserThe resort is truly magnificent and offers everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Upgrading to the Palace was absolutely worth it ā the additional services and amenities made a real difference, and we made full use of them.
What truly sets this place apart is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their warm hospitality really elevated our experience.
There are multiple pools to choose from, each offering a different atmosphere, and the spa is on another level ā beautifully run with highly professional therapists. It was a highlight of our stay.
Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and we enjoyed it every morning.
Overall, this is a highly recommended resort, and we would be very happy to return.
Well done to the entire Ayodya team!

MM58938****This hotel is truly amazing; you could easily spend your whole Bali trip just enjoying the resort. My positive impression of InterContinental definitely started with this stay. Next time I visit, I might try a different hotel, but this one will always be my Plan B. The hotel's ecosystem is also very well-maintained, and they even have squirrels. The only downside is that the street outside the hotel is incredibly busy with too many cars, making it quite dangerous. If you plan to walk to the shops, you need to be extremely careful. It's best to take a taxi if possible. However, Bali's traffic is generally like this unless you stay at a hotel right in a commercial area.

AAnonymous UserThis is an incredible beach hotel, and I canāt recommend it enough! The staff are friendly and professional.
The facilities were absolutely amazingāspotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Whether it was lounging by the pool, or dining at the restaurant, everything was amazing.
The hotel also offered complimentary photoshoot (5 photos and 1 video, you may purchase more by paying extra), the photos are nice and the staff also very friendly.
And the view is breathtaking! Waking up to the sight of the ocean. The hotelās location is perfect for soaking in the natural beauty of the beach and enjoying serene sunsets, also, near Bali Collection for shopping. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the humidity in the hotel room, thatās all.
If youāre looking for a relaxing holiday with outstanding service, luxurious facilities, and stunning views, this is the place to be.

GGuest UserWe had a mother daughter vacation for spring break. The hotel staffs were so kind caring and thoughtful. We had a wonderful experience. The food is so good, and we particularly enjoyed Sundara by the beach. Thank you Yugi and Amanda for making our trip so memorable.

GGuest UserThis was our most expensive hotel out of four, beautiful well-kept territory.
The location is not very convenient, if you do not use a bike, we walked to the beach of Jinbaran to have dinner, there are no walking paths at all. There are no restaurants nearby.
Otherwise, the hotel is very good, the room has everything you need and even a hair dryer and a refrigerator, all hygiene products.
Clean pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, towel.
We wanted to extend the room, but the hotel was full, we were allowed to leave our things and take a shower on the roof, they have a small spa area there.

PPedro Jose Hernandez ZarzosaThe hotel boasts an exceptional location on a hillside with elevated views of the beach and is surrounded by restaurants. The rooms are perfect, very well-maintained, with impeccable showers and bathtubs. The staff's service is outstanding, and the Ć la carte breakfast is probably one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. While higher-floor rooms require climbing an uncomfortable slope, they provide carts for convenience. I would definitely recommend staying here.

SSaeid GhA beautiful beachfront hotel with an outdoor swimming pool thatās slightly heated, so you can even enjoy a swim at midnight. They have six restaurants on site, so thereās always something for everyone, no matter how picky you are. The buffet breakfast is extensive and excellent, and the staff are friendly and create a really positive vibe. The only downside is that food and drinks are quite overpriced ā for example, a 220ml Coke was 70,000 IDR.

AAmanda MarieStayed here for just 2 night as hadnāt been to the area before and wanted to see what it was like. Beautiful place and gorgeous room and gardens. Clean and very well maintained. Only issues were minor- Ā anytime we tried to phone for room service or reception youād have to call 2-3 times before anyone picked up. I think there were 3 or 4 restaurants on the premises but they pretty much all had the same menu and it was nothing to blow your socks off. I had a late night sweet tooth this trip and was very disappointed with the room service deserts. We had cheesecake with no flavour at all and a very tiny brownie that came with a very small scoop of ice cream that I think was sitting on a small piece of bread. I think it was meant to be sponge cake but it looked and tasted like bread. Also had 3 small old strawberries and a smidge of chocolate sauce that was not very nice. The menu said it came with a maracuya sauce (passion fruit) which it didnāt- there was no mention of the strawberries which could be an issue if anyone had an allergy. I ordered iced lattes which were quite nice but a very small glass for the size. I asked for a bit of ice cream to be added and was charged for a whole serve of icecream which made it about $12AU which was double what Iāve payed anywhere else in Bali. I did mention this to staff who deducted the cost of the ice cream which I appreciated.
Any Bali hotel weāve stayed at, you can pop your dirty cups/dishes outside the door and they will be collected. Ours sat there for 24 hours even when we had staff come to the room to deliver room service. Travelled with a smoker and while you couldnāt smoke at the pool bar you were allowed to smoke on balconies and around the pool. Asked at the pool bar for an ashtray who didnāt have any and told us to go to the towel bar who didnāt have any and didnāt know where you could get one. Was then directed to a different area to ask and they gave us a plate to use. I saw people putting their cigarettes in the garden and spare bottles as there were no ashtrays available. We gave up asking for one for use on our balcony. Beautiful grounds and if smoking is allowed they should provide whatās needed or some people may just throw them on the floor which would be disappointing. If relaxing by the beach you had to walk back to the pool bar to get a drink which was a pain.Ā
Our room had very good aircon, was very spacious and beautiful and had comfy beds. Probably the best maintained room Iāve stayed at in Bali. A good amount of PowerPoints and it was the first Bali resort Iāve stayed at that had adequate power points that our plugs didnāt keep slipping out of.
I did request twin beds and to be close to the pool which other hotels didnāt even try to accommodate but Sol by Melia provided this immediately.
A few families there with small children and while the resort was kid friendly to an extent, itās maybe not the ideal place for small children. Many people trying to read by the pool and relax with small kids yelling and crying. I didnāt see any obvious play area for kids, nothing significant anyway. Thereās one pool with one shallow area for kids but itās just a little kid pool which meant they were not very entertained and were getting frustrated. If ours were still little weād probably go somewhere tailored to kids. All in all a good stay but we did get a good deal on the room. $165AU a night with Trip.com which was significantly less than some booking sites and still cheaper than booking direct. It was nice but I wouldnāt pay the regular rate. Would I recommend- yes I think I would. Just the room alone was worth it and we had the most basic room which was very large

GGuest UserFacilities are there but not the best, some are old and a little rusty. Lots of mosquitoes but the hotel has put in several effort to ensure that we are covered. Service was superb & love the lounge!
