superb location..CLEAN!! Welcoming host, responsive at any time, with any question!! very neat, drinking water at any request, welcome fruit! no insects!! warm atmosphere! motorbike ready fast, cheap and good!! we stayed in 3 different locations and they were definitely the best!! Believe!!!!

A magnificent palace-hotel in traditional Balinese style. After buying airline tickets here on trip.com, the system offered a very good discount on a stay of 5 nights or more at this hotel. We took advantage of it – it turned out to be a great deal! The hotel itself exceeded our expectations; I travel a lot, and this hotel is one of the best. A heavenly garden by the sea! It was my birthday, and the hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade: we were placed in a room with a sea view, which I consider the best! At breakfast, they celebrated with cake and drums! It was a very pleasant and wonderful experience! The beach is one of the best: they provide towels and free bicycles, so you can cycle everywhere! The entry into the sea is excellent, and the sand is soft and clean! The food prices at the hotel are high! If you want a more budget-friendly dinner, it's worth stepping out of the hotel and walking to the first shopping street nearby! I highly recommend attending the dinner with the Balinese show at the hotel: traditional dances and fire dances. The food was delicious, and the performance was very impressive! The show is daily, reservations can be made on the same day, and payment is after the show. Bottled drinking water in the room is free. The first minibar refill is also free (after that, you need to pay extra). The exchange rate at the hotel is unfavorable; it's better to exchange currency on the first shopping street in town. We were satisfied with every day of our stay at the hotel.

The cliffside rooms offer great views. They're very spacious, clean, and feature a wet/dry bathroom separation, with each room having its own balcony. The hotel's toiletries are excellent, and they provide unlimited filtered drinking water daily. The hotel also organizes daily activities that guests can choose to join. Facilities: There are many swimming pools with clean water. There's also a beach pool, a favorite for kids, and a small private beach – not ideal for swimming, but perfect for a quick dip. Breakfast: It's decent, enough to fill you up. Surroundings: There's a construction site nearby, but it's not noisy, just a slight obstruction to the view. Transportation: It's quite far from the city center, so you'll need a taxi to get around. There are no convenience stores nearby.

You could make the review a little more convincing and natural: Overall, it's a nice villa, but it's noticeably tired and in need of updating. The furniture and interior are worn in places, and some details require repair. Based on the photos, I expected it to be in a slightly better condition. That said, the location is convenient, and the villa itself is quite comfortable to live in.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and genuinely service-minded. They were also happy to recommend places and things to do around the area, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. During the daytime, there was some burning happening around the nearby rice field, and the smell came directly into our room. It became uncomfortable enough that we had to leave the hotel for a few hours and only came back in the evening. The biggest problem, however, was the air conditioning. In the middle of the night, the room became extremely cold even though we had not intended to make it that cold. We were surprised to find the air conditioner running at 17°C with the fan at maximum speed. We had to wake up several times to adjust the temperature, and because of this we could not sleep properly until early morning. The Wi-Fi was also very poor. Once our phones connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, the internet was practically unusable, so we eventually had to disconnect and use our own roaming mobile data instead. Overall, the staff and service were good, but the air conditioning and internet problems seriously affected the comfort of our stay. If these two issues were fixed, the experience would be much better.

The decor is a bit dated, and the bottled water wasn't great. Everything else was good, though. The breakfast was plentiful, and all the hotel staff were very friendly. The pool is large, with plenty of space to sunbathe. The beach is very close and clean, but the sea isn't suitable for swimming. The water is clear, and you can find small crabs under the rocks. If you exit the hotel and go left, diagonally across the street, there's a Chinese restaurant called 'Peace Restaurant' which has good prices and delicious food, plus there are many supermarkets nearby.

I had a great stay at d’primahotel Seminyak! The location is very strategic and convenient, with easy access to many restaurants, shops, cafes, and attractions around Seminyak. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay while exploring Bali. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bali. Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

The location is great, with many restaurants nearby and the beach right next to it. The facilities are very old, especially the showerhead which was clogged, leading to weak water pressure and difficulties when showering.

Nice place close to the airport and maintenance rd. Booked deluxe room. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Rooms arent soundproof. They had a group staying on the same floor which were super loud. Staff are lovely.
