"Stayed in the family room for 13 nights with my husband, with breakfast included. Plenty of space to move around, Very clean. Great aircon 2 in the room. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good plenty of options to choose from. Booked a standard room on last day due to late flight. It was a lot smaller only enough room to walk around the bed. Very clean and cosy if your only there to sleep. Water pressure is great. Only downside theres no pool. At $36 a night for family room and $19 a night for standard and $4.50 for breakfast its a fantastic budget option. Will probably stay again. 15mins walk to kuta beach, 10mins to Legion, 15mins walk to Trans studio was great."

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at O.Serendipity. The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a lovely small balcony and a Marshall speaker, which created a very chill and cozy vibe throughout our stay.
I especially loved the layout of the common areas. The way the reception, restaurant, and lounge areas are integrated into one open-concept space is brilliant—it’s a very relaxing place to just sit and soak in the atmosphere. The public pool was also a highlight.
However, there are two small functional issues in the bathroom that could be improved:
Shower Splash: There is no dry/wet separation in the bathroom, so water easily splashes onto the toilet and vanity area. Adding a simple glass partition would be a great solution—it would maintain the sense of openness while making the space much more practical.
Drainage Issue: The drainage in the shower area was quite slow. During a normal shower, the water accumulated quickly and almost flooded the entire bathroom floor.
Overall:
The aesthetics and hospitality are top-notch. If the bathroom drainage and splash issues are addressed, this place would be absolutely perfect. I would still recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish and cozy getaway!

OOleTEverything here is perfect. The location is a 15-20 minute walk to Kelingking Beach. The grounds and pool are like a garden, with jungle views. The charming cottages are beautifully decorated with a bathtub and shower. Yes, a real bathtub under a starry sky, with a tree in the bathroom! It's clean, the bed is comfortable, and the room has everything you need. The friendly staff will answer all your questions and can arrange transfers and excursions. There's also a cafe, and you can order room service to enjoy on your private terrace. An ideal place for a holiday.

RRey JrThis was the most lovely and beautiful places I’ve lived in. It was my first time visiting Nusa Penida Island and was a bit worried about the accommodation but I wasn’t disappointed. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, they made us feel at home and the service is outta this world, the view from the pool is also breathtaking. It’s also super convenient because they have a restaurant there too so we ate our breakfast and dinner there. Just be mindful of some geckos at night they like to make some noises. Whenever you’re in Nusa Penida I would definitely recommend this place.

SShentijiankangpinganruyiFirst of all, the price is definitely worth the trip. The room is clean and tidy. The swimming pool has a 1.7-meter deep water area, which is very good! There is also a very beautiful club next to the hotel. The infinity pool is a must for watching the sunset. The boss is warm and thoughtful. There are hot water and air conditioning, and there is even a refrigerator! ! For this price and configuration, if I go to Treasure Island again, I will book here again.

GGuest UserNo tv. But there is no need as this hotel is just vibes and zen. Their playlist they play is amazing! I wish we stayed more than a night here. The welcome drink I chugged it cause it was delicious. We ordered room service too and it was so fresh and clean. The bedding and bed wow, slept like a baby. The shower pressures good too! Clean room and smelt so good always. I and my partner will deffo be coming back

If you want hotel-like facilities and resort-like services, don't stay at a guest house.
This guest house is perfect in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and staff.
They lent me a hair dryer during my stay.
They cleaned the room once every two days.
We clean the poolside and entrance every day.
Guests can interact in the shared kitchen and pool.

BBear.908The best part of my stay was definitely the staff — every team member I interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. Their service really stood out and made a positive difference.
That said, the overall experience had several issues that need improvement. Upon arrival, there was no one at the entrance — only an intercom to call for assistance. It was lightly raining, and the path was slippery with moss. Despite walking carefully, I still slipped and scraped my arm badly. The walkway is quite narrow, very dark at night, and during rainy weather, it feels quite unsafe.
After check-in, I had to climb a steep and narrow staircase to reach my room. If I had been traveling with elderly people or anyone with mobility issues, it would have been extremely challenging and even dangerous.
Another major issue was the electrical system. The room couldn’t handle a hairdryer at all — every time I tried to use it, the power tripped. I had 4–5 blackouts in one night and eventually gave up and let my hair air-dry.
In summary, the staff are amazing, but the hotel really needs to improve its pathways, lighting, and electrical system for a more comfortable and safe stay.

EevelienWe have really enjoyed this place. Location is amazing, and the view on the mountains too. The room is super spacious and bath room too. Breakfast and terrace were great too.
Only little down point would be the wifi wasnt great, but overall for the price Waw it’s an incredible place!

GGuest UserCame here with my sister and the experience was good. It’s a little far from the central, like about 10-15 minutes on foot. It’s very hot in Bali and the pool was perfect for a dip. Staffs are accommodating and the breakfast is free but you only get to choose one meal. Which is the norm in bali I think?
