"The experience at the Bvlgari Resort Bali has been largely pleasant and enjoyable (which is why we booked a second night before leaving Bali). If you are looking for a place that is serene and zen away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the place to be at. There is a deep sense of tranquility in their sprawling grounds facing the sea. For once in many months, I managed to fall into deep sleep which is quite a feat for me in recent years. While the villas might feel a bit dated, they feel grounded and perfect for a short getaway. There is a lot of attention to detail that you might expect for the Bvlgari brand - from the locally made utensils, the furnishing to the service standards. There is also plenty to do in and around the resort should you wish to wander out."

"Overall, our stay was truly outstanding. Entering the hotel through a rather inconspicuous narrow alley, it opens up into a surprisingly grand and beautiful space, offering a delightful sense of contrast. Everything from the service to the facilities and dining was exceptional. We booked rafting through the hotel, which was a bit pricier than external options. However, it was a private boat with a flexible departure time, and we were dropped off directly at the hotel entrance after the trip, making for an excellent overall experience. For breakfast, I finally got to try the famous 'Dirty Duck' rice, which I had missed on a previous occasion. The quality of the à la carte menu items was also very high. The gym was well-equipped with advanced facilities and even offered a variety of complimentary snacks, protein bars, and sports drinks, making for an excellent workout experience. However, there were a few minor points that could be improved. There were slightly too few wall sockets in the room, and one was broken, which was a bit inconvenient given the number of personal electronic devices we had. The TV screen mirroring function wasn't very convenient to use. The last shuttle back from Ubud was at 6:20 PM; I would suggest adding a later evening shuttle service. Lastly, there seemed to be only one Chinese-speaking butler, and they often appeared stretched thin."

"My friend and I organised a trip to Bali and we stayed at Ubud for two nights. This place is unique, secluded and exquisite. It's unlike any other resort with a massive sign to point at the direction. From the moment our driver entered resort driveway, we felt the great sense of privacy and seclusion. The whole place is like a village with the lobby, the restaurant and the gaming room as the centre and rest of the tents (aka your hotel rooms) scattered all over the property, with unique themes. We stayed at the Archiver's room. It's stunning and one-of-a-kind. The tent came with a private pool facing the jungle, and the outdoor shower is fantastic. I loved the bathroom design and all the facilities. Bed was so comfortable, and staff members were kind and helpful, and they remembered our names. The complimentary afternoon tea and cocktails were so great. The cocktails are above and beyond my expectations. If you are looking for gifts to bring back to your family and friends, I strongly recommend the coffee soap bar. My friend and I loved how it exfoliates and in the meantime not leaving dryness on the skin. The Indonesian food served at the restaurant is a must-try. I highly recommend the pork ribs and nasi goreng. What makes Capella so unique is that it provide you with the chance to immerse into the local community to engage and discover local heritage and culture, and meeting some fascinating people along the way. Overall, this place is one of a kind. During our stay, I heard other guests compared Capella at Ubud with Four Seasons in Chiang-Mai. I have stayed at both places, and the two have completely different vibes and ambience. Four seasons rooms are actually brick and wood constructions but the Capella rooms are actually ” tents”, with wood frames and a canopy as the roof. So we fell asleep both nights while listening to the raindrops on the canopy. It's so soothing and relaxing. Capella has offered the opportunity to enjoy a luxurious service and experience while embracing the wildness. Additional: Shout out to Dedy and staff members who offered such above and beyond services. After we left Capella instantly we regreted of not purchasing the coffee soap bars as souvenirs. When I called the Lobby, Dedy arranged to have them delivered all the way from Ubud to Jimbaran to our resort. It's not only my escape experience but also the fantastic people from Capella that left such a deep impression on me. It's definitely a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend to stay."

"1. Lot: There is a 3-5 minute distance from the beach. The hotel can send a car to the hotel's exclusive beach club at any time. Very convenient, when I arrived at the club, some staff took ice water and ice towels to the tanning pavilion where the beach towels were laid, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The hotel is in the mountains, the scenery is very good, in the lobby and restaurant can view the scenery under the mountain. 2, design: Australian designers 25 years ago, today's works are still so elegant, temperament! 3, facilities: the pool is large, there is an all-day restaurant, a good library. I can’t see it completely 25 years ago, and it’s managed quite well! 4, service: Amman, these two words explain everything, no more multilingual! 5, value-added: I don't know the relationship between spring break, one day free charter service, and free shuttle service, solve many problems, very good value-added service experience! After staying for 3 days and 2 nights, it is regrettable that the driver who sent the plane on the last day learned that the landlord will be closed at the end of February 2018 because the landlord will not renew his contract. Very sad! But also very fortunate, AMANNUSA was chosen in the last hotel in Bali. Forever Amman! I hope that 150 employees in the hotel will be well!"

"We stayed at Jumeirah Bali from 21 to 24 June for a short getaway and had a wonderful time. We booked the Sunset Pool Villa, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks while the staff handled our check-in.o We took the half board package and were very impressed by the food, great quality and generous portions. The staff throughout the resort were polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. We also booked a day trip driver through the hotel. The car was clean and spacious, and the driver thoughtfully prepared cold drinks for us. He brought us to ATV and river tubing activities in Ubud, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although the stay is on the pricier side, the service and experience made it worthwhile. We would definitely come back again."

The cliffside pool is an absolute must-visit – the azure water seamlessly merges with the Indian Ocean in the distance, making every photo look like it's straight out of a magazine. Even during peak season, the staff efficiently manage the crowds, so you never feel cramped. Then there's the Rock Bar, perfect for evenings. Grab a signature cocktail and watch the sunset slowly dip below the horizon, painting the sky in a romantic blend of orange and pinks that leaves you speechless. The service is attentive down to the last detail. From the warm welcome by the doorman upon arrival to the housekeeping staff's punctual daily tidying, it's all top-notch. Once, when we wanted to visit a less-known beach, the concierge not only gave us detailed directions but also thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent."
